The Space:
An ideal choice for up to 14 people that want to experience all of Breckenridge, this 3 bedrooms, 3 bathroom condo with loft is the perfect start to your next vacation getaway. Located in the heart of historic downtown, your family and friends are sure to have the time of their life.

After a fun-filled day of endless adventures, relax in the family room that features a comfortable pullout sofa, a reclining chair, and an extra lounge area for 2. Cozy up with your loved ones and cherish the warmth of the indoor gas fireplace while watching your favorite movie on the large flat-screen TV as you unwind for the night. The chef in your group will appreciate the fully-equipped kitchen, where they can whip up a delicious homemade meal for your group. Keep the cook company with the 3 breakfast bar stools in the kitchen. Enjoy the dinner and exchange stories of your exciting day in the dining area, while enjoying the beautiful forest views through the patio door. There is a full-size bathroom, located between the kitchen and dining area, with a shower/tub combo for your group to share.

Access to the private outdoor patio is located between the family room and the dining area; step out, relax, and breathe in the fresh mountain air. Enjoy the tree views from the patio chairs while sipping on hot cocoa, and don't forget to stargaze at night.

The first bedroom, located to the right of the front entrance features a comfortable queen-size bed, a full-size pullout couch, a flat-screen TV, access to the shared outdoor deck, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Down the hall, you will see the second bedroom that has 2 queen-size beds, a twin-size pullout couch, and also includes similar amenities to the first bedroom. As you head up the stairs to the loft, you will see a twin-size bed with a trundle twin bed. The bedroom on this floor features a full over full-size bunk bed with a flat-screen TV.

A washer and dryer are available for your washing needs on the main floor of the house, located next to the dining area.

Take a stroll through historic downtown and discover shops, restaurants, breweries, museums, and many other entertainment options you won't want to miss. Endless opportunities for mountain adventures are located within a few minutes of this condo; this stunning location ensures that all of Breck is at your fingertips.

Getting Around:
From the condo, you can easily walk to all of the main attractions and ski lifts in the area. The Quicksilver chair lift within a 10-minute walk, and the Breck Connect Gondola only a 12-minute bus ride, will take you to your favorite ski resorts. The Breck Free Ride bus is a convenient option with the Mill Run bus stop on the Gray Route only a 4-minute walk from the condo. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. Parking passes are required to park on the premises.

The hot tub and pool are shared with the condo complex.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
