It was the cleanest I’ve staying in and the most well stocked with kitchen essentials, beach gear, games, towels, blankets, etc. My communications with the owner Beverly went above and beyond the normal checkin/check out process. We have booked a family vacation at tidewater loved everything about the condo and owner. Beverly was very communicative and provided all the booking info that we need. Great ocean view! Enjoyed watching the storms move across the ocean.The only thing that was aggravating was the extra long wait times for elevators. It was stressful and had to plan ahead for that. The HOA needs to install few more elevators to help or have a better plan that on check in/out times. They did have workers to operate the elevators at times since it was long waits. Other than that our trip was great!!

Condo is tastefully decorated, beds are comfortable with nice sheets. We were not in town for the beach so cannot comment on the resort.

We traveled here as a family of 6 with 4 kids in the age range of 18-8. We had a wonderful experience, everyone had a great time! The two beach chairs included was a great bonus, we enjoyed both pools and the drinks from the tiki bar. Lots of activities within walking and/or short driving distance from the property. I would book this condo again if we vacation in this area again.

We had a great time! Loved the location and the condo was right on the beach! Also loved that it had 3 bathrooms which was great for 5 girls! We will definitely be returning!

The condo was wonderful! Very clean and well stocked. Beverly was wonderful to work with and she made the process easy. Just be patient with the elevators. It isn’t a huge issue, but know to be patient as it is a large building. I would stay here again anytime!

Everything about this property and the host is top notch. The elevators in the building were fine, very little wait. There is much to do here, both at the property, and in panama city beach. The view from the balcony, hot tub, beach, restaurants, and deep sea fishing were amazing. Highly recommend !!!Beds are comfortable, water

My family and I enjoyed this condo! The owner was super friendly, informative and easy to communicate with! Not one complaint. The condo is spacious, decorated super cute, has everything you could possibly need on vacation and had comfy beds. We really enjoyed our stay and will very likely stay again in the future!

Everything about the staying in the condo was fine except the elevator, sometimes takes to long to get it, but other than that we had a good time!

If you are looking for an immaculately clean vacation condo with an outstandingly easy host to work with, this is your place. First time walking into a beach condo and not feeling the grit of sand on my shoes on the floors inside. If you follow the host device about arrival, elevators, etc., you will have a perfectly enjoyable stay.

Amazing room, beautiful views and wonderful host! The elevators are terrible and slow so we just took the stairs all week! The walk to pier park was easy! Definitely will stay again!

We had a great stay at Tidewater. There is a lot to do on property includinh multiple pools, hot tubs, gym, game room, movie theater, tiki bar, restaurant, and my youngest daughter's favorite starbucks! The elevator situation is dicey but if you are on vacation and not in a hurry (like us), it didn't bother us at all. The condo itself was awesome. The 2 bedrooms and bunkroom allowed us all our own space and privacy and the 3 bathrooms were wonderful. We were able to play games around the large coffee table in the evenings and the kitchen was fully stocked. The garbage disposal did not work however we contanted beverly and she responded right away. She offered to send maintenance right over but since we weren't planning on cooking much, we told her she could iust wait until we left. She responded within minutes! We would definitely visit this property again. For those who just want to park your car, there is a grocery store, restaurants, and pier park within walking distance. The condo staff recommended ordering walmart grocery delivery if we returned!
