Stayed Jan 18, 2026On the surface it was clean but could use a deep cleaning. Beach towels would have been nice or access to a towel service. The staff was nice but couldn't answer any of our questions. Their response was always you need to contact the host. The host was prompt in replying for the most part but I'm guessing they don't work on Sundays. Place is small and the bathroom is really small. However, we enjoyed our short stay. Location was excellent for us. Close to a bus stop. It worked for my wife and I.

Stayed May 18, 2025The building itself is outdated. Our condo 3711 is clean enough but one of the bed sheets had a dirty spot. The location and cost was good.

Stayed Jun 12, 2023Unit was excellent. Could have used a sink in the main area instead of having to wash dishes in the bathroom. Door code did not work upon arrival at 11pm. Has to rent a hotel room.

Stayed Sep 20, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we encountered renovations going on in the apartment next door that were extremely loud. We rang the realtor, who had us in a new apartment within the hour. The new apartment was nice and clean fantastic views of both the ocean and the golf course. The only negative was the air-conditioner was extremely noisey. I would suggest that this gets looked at before next guests.It had a really good size balcony, and great swimming pool area which was considerably larger than we anticipated a nice surprise?

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, the view was amazing.The room facilities and amenities are not old and I felt comfortable during my stay. It would have been great if the check-out time was 11:00.

Stayed Jul 29, 2024One of the cabinets fell on my foot and to this day is still very sore and I was down for almaotn3 days not being able to do much walking on the trip. Has made going back to work very difficult. The manager didn’t care. Stains on the sheets, very limited kitchen items to make anything. The pictures of the unit make it look like it’s much bigger than it really is. The AC unit didn’t work after multiple times try to get someone to fix it. Neither one of us slept because we were sweating the entire time. The owner said they were going to send someone to fix it and never did. Miserable stay and would have liked my money back but they ignore that.
