Palm Coast, Florida
Ocean and golf course views from every bedroom as well as the balcony. Top-drawer kitchen and bathroom fittings and resort amenities galore in a gated community with private beach. Your penthouse awaits!
363 Cinnamon Beach is breathtaking, and you may have to pinch yourself a few times just to make sure it's for real. This dreamy 6th-floor penthouse offers more than the comforts of home, with the latest electronics, immaculate decor, and beach views you will never forget. Step onto the long, covered balcony and sink into one of the loungers. You have a panoramic view of the greens of the Ocean Hammock Golf Course (aka "The Pebble Beach of the East") and the sparkling waters of the Atlantic, topped by a vast blue sky. Nothing stands between you and the private cinnamon-sand beach but recreational activities of all kinds. This is the life!
The balcony is undoubtedly the place that will steal your heart at 363 Cinnamon Beach, with its mix of sunshine and shade, its pleasant salt-tinged breezes, and its ever-changing views. But it has some pretty fierce competition from the interior of this condo, where each new space seems more beautiful than the one before it!
The living room is where your group will gather when it's finally time to come indoors from the balcony . . . and of course the two spaces can be merged by flinging open the sliding-glass doors. This room boasts a huge flat-screen TV with cable package, DVD player, and even a VCR (for playing those vintage favorite films!). An ultra-comfortable couch and massive recliner tempt you to sink right down and relax, and you may find that those plans to go out for the evening have morphed into blender drinks and appetizers with a few rounds of charades thrown in! There's something special about at-home together time on vacation, with no clubs or meetings to rush off to, and the whole gang devoted to enjoying one another's company.
The open design of the common areas at 363 Cinnamon Beach make staying together easy, and let everyone enjoy the ocean views even from way back in the kitchen. Just beyond the living area is the dining room table, a glass-topped round table set for 4. Just right for cards and board games, this table has also been known to host laptops and tablets. You have free WiFi at this condo, so you can stay as connected as you like, uploading the day's vacation pics to social media or simply journaling about your adventures in Palm Coast.
Beyond the dining area is the kitchen, a sleek space featuring wooden cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. What you can't see are the stacks of cookware, dishes, serving pieces, utensils, and chef's tools packed in these cupboards and drawers! This kitchen is a chef's pride and joy, so go ahead -- buy some fresh-caught seafood at the market, pick up some tropical fruit at a roadside stand, and enjoy Florida's best local cuisine right in your own penthouse. Or, if you have sworn not to touch a spatula during your vacation, fill the double-door fridge with drinks and nibbles, haul out the coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and microwave, and do "fast food" to get you on your way to the golf course and the beach a little quicker in the morning!
And when everyone has eaten and drunk their fill, played enough games to satisfy their inner child (and perhaps their actual children!), and taken a last long look at the moonlight on the waves, it's time for bed. Everyone will get a superb night's sleep at 363 Cinnamon Beach, where the rooms are calming and the beds ultra-comfortable.
The primary suite is a special joy, featuring a king-sized bed, a very large flat-screen TV, a large window with ocean views, and an en-suite bath that pampers you with a glassed walk-in shower as well as a heavenly garden tub. Dual vanities make getting ready at the same time easy.
The second bedroom also offers ocean and golf course views, and features a comfy queen-sized bed, reading lamps, and a flat-screen TV. It shares the second full bathroom with the third bedroom as well as the common areas of 363 Cinnamon Beach. This bathroom offers a shower and tub option, and is convenient to both bedrooms.
The third bedroom is ideal for children or friends traveling with you. Two twin beds face a flat-screen TV, with nice ocean views from the window. There is plenty of storage space here, and the room can be darkened for afternoon naps. Cozy and pleasant!
And in case you have friends visit or the children want to "camp out," the sofa in the living room opens to a queen-sized bed. The lucky occupants of this bed can leave the drapes open to view amazing dawn skies!
Nestled within the Ocean Hammock Beach Resort, you will find the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. We had a great time during our stay at the Cinnamon Beach Resort. Our trip was splendid with waves crashing on the beach, it seemed, just feet away. We were local enough to most other locations that we were interested in visiting and made the most of our vacation by spending time walking and running on the beach. We also had time to find a horseshoe crab, and some starfish, and the favorite for the family was finding sharks' teeth. The communication with the management company was spot on especially since they had to move us to a different location because of work being done on the unit we were to have stayed in. They upgraded us and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall we had a great time at a great spot and we would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to get away to a beach that isn't highly congested.
Property was nice. A couple of issues: needed to clean the top bedding myself (hadn't been washed) and the ice dispenser did not work on the refrigerator. Could have warned us of the rock situation on the beach - at first we panicked that rocks were down the entire beach, but after investigation we were able to find a place where the kids could get in the water without hurting or cutting themselves on the large rocks on the beach.
We enjoyed our stay in terms of closeness to the beach and pool access, however we had to go to the store and buy things as though we were moving in. There was only one roll of toilet paper included for each bathroom, one roll of paper towels and 2 trash bags (including the one that was already in the trash can). Hardly enough dishwasher detergent to run it more than twice. When we arrived, the only towels we could find were 5 beach towels left on the beds for the 6 of us to use for the week...which we later remedied when we found all of the towels in the dryer! The housekeeper had left them in the dryer and if we hadn't washed laundry we wouldn't have found them. There were also dirty dishes in the dishwasher, no coffee filters for the old school coffee pot and no hair or face products.
We really enjoyed this property! It was easy to book, check in, and check out. The associates were extremely helpful!
Great place to stay - beautiful and peaceful
Stayed here on leave during PCS. It was a perfect mis of beach and pool
The condo is nice, great views from the balcony overlooking the ocean and a golf hole. Issues: The management company doesn't provide the wifi code unless you call them. They don't tell you how to lock the electronic combination lock, you have to figure it out for yourself. There's barely enough toilet paper and paper towels, bring your own. And soap. A lot of in-and-out by neighbors, the complex is like a hotel, tons of VRBO, but we had no issues with that personally, it was pretty quiet. Overall, good unit but come prepared. Could be managed MUCH better.
The location was great with a beautiful ocean view. We saw dolphins in the distance from balcony. Loved that the community was so pet friendly. Lots to do in the area- St. Augustine and State Parks. It was a great week.
Unit was generally clean. Both toilets had issues. Master toilet had to be turned off and on by hand. Notified maintenance. Internet was not initially working. They graciously sent someone to take a look and reset the router. The property has done a nice job of fixing the stairs. The property did suffer some hurricane damage. The unit itself has issues with the patio door. The property lost several large palms Oceanside. You can now see people on the beach
We stay at 363 Cinnamon beach recently and we love that place. It's on 6th floor and this particular unit has very high ceilings which makes place looks very luxurious. Few things I wish we knew before arrival 1. Bring your own laundry detergent, dish soap, soap and dishwasher detergent. Also your own paper towel and toilet paper. There is only 8 towels and if you wish to have them clean you will need to do your own laundry. They leave tiny samples of detergent, good for one wash. Also once your toilet paper is done you want get more. 2. Pool area from pictures isn't the same as at the property. Pool is very simple and not much to do for kids. If you book your trip thru third party you want be able to use hammock resort other pool. You have to book directly thru them. 3. Shower curtain needed to be changed it was dirty from mold. Place was little bit dusty and there is no extra bedding for sleeping sofa. But in general we had a great time. I love how quiet is this place.
