The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests with 2 double beds and a full bathroom, along with kitchen, table/desk, cable TV and walk-in closet for plenty of storage during your stay. Amenities in the building are amazing, included access to the pools, jacuzzis, gym, game and kids room and much more. One parking spot included, it is in an indoor garage connected to the building. Just minutes away from Brickell city center, restaurants, parks and accessible transportation.
The gym, pools, jacuzzi, game room, sauna, children room and more are located in the 14th floor, they are open from 6:00am to 11:00pm. The pools are open from sunrise to sunset.
The trash chute is in the middle of the east hallway of each floor, behind a wide white door.
For the free parking pass (only 1 car per apartment): Please request for a parking pass at the lobby when doing the check-in. The cars license plate, model, color and year will be needed for the pass. The front desk will explain to you how to get into the building garage and how the parking floors work.
