32 Fairway Village-Sunriver, Oregon: Hot Tub, Pool in Complex, BBQ, WiFi, SHARC Aquatics, Tubing Hill, Mt. Bachelor, Golf, Deschutes River, Tennis, Bike Paths

This was a fine place to spend six nights during the holiday. All the bases were covered, dishware, cutlery, placemats, extra towels, garbage bags. Only things missing were firestarters and napkins, which are really small details. Condo is clean, has a fine mid-80's vibe and is located a few steps away from a small sledding hill which the kids got a huge kick out of. Some good condition bikes were provided, which could be really fun in the Summertime. All in all a great place to spend New Years.

This is a very nice property, large enough for two couples and four kids. It’s close to pools, tennis, golf and the bike paths, my favorite! The carpet is stained so needs replacing but the whole place is spotlessly clean so I know the carpet is as clean as they can get it. Overall we enjoyed it tremendously!

We had a wonderful time staying in this home for Christmas. We loved walking outside along the golf course and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The maintenance staff was helpful and available for the questions we had. My grandparents owned this property during my childhood so it was so nostalgic being back with my own family. If it’s available in the future we will definitely be back!

I rented several similar condos for my children and their children. Wonderful area for family reunions.

Overall this rental was clean and convenient. We had issues with the bikes. One broke down while we were out on a ride. I had to walk the bike home (45 minutes with kiddo in tow) because they had no way to help me get the bike fixed or home. When I got home they came fairly quickly to fix it. But the maintenance person told us not to use most of the gears because it would break again. One other bike also needed a tune up. Upon check out we brought up these issues and we were told that only 2 bikes are guaranteed with the rental. How hard would it be to simply get the bikes tuned up? 2 of the stove burners did not seem to work also. Other than these issues, the rental was clean enough and nice enough to relax in. Overall we had a nice vacation.

Very disappointed in this condo. Upon arrival, there was a very loud howling/screeching noise coming from the water tank in the garage. We eventually figured out the noise would stop if we ran the sink downstairs. The management was unable to remedy this so we were left to listen to and deal with this for the entirety of our stay, day and night. The next issue was the living room window that was broken on off the track. Management did fix that, sort off. We were still unable to open the window. WIFI-is very weak, to the point that it is impossible to use the wifi downstairs. Furniture and carpet-Dingy and stained. Master Bedroom-Bedding is shredding, BED IS HORRIBLE! The 1990's brass frame and headboard is so rickety and squeaky that it wakes you up all night at with the smallest movement. Master Bathroom-Toilet issue Grill-Filthy Stove Top- Cannot hold a continuous temperature on the burners Floor- Area at the top of the stairs is weak and sagging, feels like you will step right through the floor. Yes, we did speak to management about the issues. They basically said that many of the issues would have to be fixed later because they are big problems. So we were left to deal with them ourselves. I do have pictures to back up these claims. I also filled out a review for Mountain Resort, no response.
