315 Breakers Direct Oceanfront Condo, Exceptionally Clean

The host was great. They provided everything we needed for a very relaxing week. The villa was in great condition and the location is superb!

Very clean. Well appointed- had everything we needed. Responsive host. Top notch appliances and washer/dryer. High flow shower head ( very unusual anymore). Unobstructed beachfront view from 3rd floor private balcony. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.

My wife and I absolutely loved our week-long stay at this oceanfront villa! Communication was very prompt, the place was super clean, bright, and had everything we needed—including modern appliances and a comfortable setup. The ocean and beach views were incredible, and we spent a lot of time just relaxing and taking it all in. The pool was great too, and the location made it easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. It was the perfect Hilton Head getaway—highly recommend and would love to come back!

The location was perfect! Walking distance to everything you need. The balcony view of the beach was great! Space was clean and had everything we needed! Would absolutely recommend and would stay there again!

The condo was everything as advertised. Great view of the ocean and Coligny is a very nice place to be. The owners stayed in continual contact with us throughout our stay. If I sent them a message it was quickly answered. Outstanding service and I would highly recommend staying at the Breakers 315.

We had a fantastic week at the condo. Everything was clean and perfectly equipped for us. From the Coffee make(there are plenty of filters here) to the well stocked kitchen the place is exactly as described. The balcony views were spectacular. We saw Dolphins multiple days and it was nice to be back at Hilton Head. Kate was very responsive to our questions, was so accommodating, and we will be back!

Beautiful unit. Perfect for my husband and me. Plenty of dishes, silverware, towels for the week. Loved having a washer/dryer in the unit. Only problem was the dryer would abruptly shut off, indicating the filter was full when it wasn’t. Not sure why but was able to work around it.

Clean condo. Comfortable pull out sofa. Walkable to several places. We saw dolphins every day.

We had a great time. Perfect weather, great location and comfortable unit.

Listing was spot on and the images were as true as the host pictures. With magnificent direct and full views of the ocean and beach, the location of the unit was convenient and close to all we wanted/needed. Plenty of parking and easy check in process. Pool was decent size and temperature. The unit was perfect for 2. More than this and could be tight. Smart TV's were easily used. Communication with the host was easy and honest. Breakers unit made the Lowcountry trip well worth it.

Great spot with fabulous view of the beach from the balcony and even the kitchen. Sunrise every morning off the front deck with moon reflecting off the ocean each night. Quiet, clean and close to grocery/shops. Definitely return next year.

From the host being extremely responsive to the cleanliness, this the best place we have ever stayed. It is top notch in every way. The view of the ocean was perfect! Walks on the beach every morning to watch the sunrise were priceless! We loved this in every way and will be back! This was our second time at Hilton Head and this condo was so much better than the first place we stayed!

Breakers is the place to stay! You can't be the ocean views.

Great view to wake up to and go to bed to. Not too crowded at pool and short walk to beach. Best of both worlds. So much around you as well to do that is walkable.

Great property with incredible views. The condo was small but has everything you need! Super clean and newer appliances. The access to the beach was what we were looking for and this location delivered! Also close to stores and restaurants! We hope to return next year!

Was celebrating our 40 year anniversary and have made several trips to Hilton Head. We love the Coligny Beach area and being close to the beach. This was one of our best stays ever. This condo was clean, perfectly set up and so convenient to everything! Already working on reserving this spot for a fall visit and next summer.
