Stayed Sep 20, 2025Awesome stay in this incredible ocean front location steps away from Coligney. We loved watching dolphins and the spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. Clean, neat and well stocked, we would definitely stay here again!!

Stayed Jun 20, 2025This property is absolutely wonderful. It’s everything and more of what the posting says! I was pleasantly surprised of how cute of a place this is! (I often think pictures can be deceiving) It’s even better in person than the pictures. Being right on the ocean is everything! You literally can see everything that is going on the beach from your balcony and those ocean breezes are so wonderful. The location really is by EVERYTHING! Restaurants, shops and the piggly wiggly.. you can walk to it all! It’s very convenient and we did not have to use our car for most of the time. The only thing that I will say is that it’s small and lacks storage space- for our luggage. This is perfect for a couple or a couple with small children. But we absolutely love this place and will be staying here if we make our way back to Hilton Head!

Stayed Apr 12, 2024The place was in a great location. Unfortunately I cannot provide a fair rating because we were unable to stay due to water issues / damage. When we walked into the unit upon check in , there was water all over the kitchen floor and the running water was turned off. Thankfully, the property management company was wonderful to work with and put us up in another building. Being on the 3rd floor, you have incredible views. The unit is small - just enough for two people and no more. The bedroom is at the back of the unit. It would have sufficed for sleeping, showering and enjoying a coffee at sunrise and wine at night on the balcony.

Stayed Apr 7, 2024Location was perfect to so much to do. Only downside we locked ourselves on the patio. Did not notice the small message on the door to be careful as door can lock. Lucky some one below us came to our room and let us in.

Stayed Sep 16, 2023My husband and I stayed here for our 5 year Anniversary and everything was exactly as described. We loved the view, the elevator was nice since I injured my knee and the Vacation Company was a pleasure to work with. My only complaint is that the mattress is the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on, which made it very challenging to get any sleep. Most night my husband and I had to sleep separately; one on the sofa and the other on the bed, just to get some sleep. We tried the pull out sofa and it was far worse than the bed. With that said, the view was everything and made it easier to deal with the lack of sleep.
