Stayed Jul 29, 2024This was my first time back on HHI in 25+ years. We enjoyed our stay in Palmetto Dunes. The location is great with lots of amenities. The pool and beach access were great. I loved the biking trails, and my son enjoyed the lagoon fishing. This is an older community, but very nice and quaint. Very family oriented. The unit is comfortable. There were a few minor things.…the water dispenser on the refrigerator did not work, and we couldn’t get the tv in the living area to stream anything. But that was all very minor. My only issue was the elevator noise. It was fairly loud from the master bedroom. Some nights it was in constant use until 12am or later, which was a little disruptive. If you have light sleepers, this might not be the best option. I appreciated that everything from check-in and check-out, to condo and community access, was digital. It made everything a breeze. I also appreciated the rental credit as we rented bikes and beach chairs for free. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return to Villamare.

Stayed Jun 24, 2023The stay was good and comfortable. One thing about this apartment is that it is close to the elevator and you can hear it during the day in the bedroom but it was not a problem at night.
