The property and grounds are fantastic! Excellent location with easy and very convenient access to the beach. The seating on the porch was the best we have had at the Sugar Dunes complex, and we enjoyed many mornings and evenings there. Although we don't have little ones, the bunk room in the loft is the perfect place for them to spend a beach week.

Excellent property with great views and direct beach access. Highly recommended and will stay again. Our 13-yo son loved the loft!

We had the best family vacation at this condo! The location couldn’t be better—right on the beach, so getting the kids out to play in the sand or take a swim was super easy. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to beach toys.There was plenty of space for our whole family, and the loft space with bunk beds worked great for our kids. The view from the balcony was stunning—we loved having coffee out there in the mornings and watching the sunset at night.We’ve been to this area many times before and this was hands down the best place we’ve stayed.We’ll absolutely be back and would recommend this place to any family looking for a relaxing, fun-filled beach getaway!

Great location right on the beach with chair service. Close to great dining options and condo was in excellent condition and very clean. We will definitely be back!

Summer vacation with partner and college age children

We had an amazing vacation at this condo! The owners of the condo are amazing to work with and great at communication. The condo is exactly how its portrayed online in the photos. Newly renovated, very clean and right on the water. We will be coming back every summer!

The condo is very nicely decorated and very comfortable!! The view is unbeatable from the deck!! Mrs Betty was very accommodating and the consummate host!

This was our 5th time staying on 30A and by far our favorite condo we've stayed in! Betty & Dean are amazing hosts and communication was amazing. We had some storms roll through and she checked on us to make sure we were ok and to let us know that she had already reported the power outage and wanted to make sure we didn't need anything else. This condo is immaculate and is just as you see in the pictures, if not better! We had our 25 yr old son, 16 yr old daughter, and our 4 yr old niece and were more than comfortable, and loved that everyone had their own bathroom! Our niece loved being able to use all the beach toys that were available in the closet on the balcony, and we didn't have to buy ANY beach toys or accessories. The beds were all super comfortable, and we loved playing games at the round dining table. Having a garage to actually park in and shut the door to keep our car clean and secure was also a huge plus! They have everything you could possibly need and want from a luggage cart in the garage to bring all your gear up on the elevator, to anything you could need in the kitchen, and of course those beach items! The Beach was NEVER overcrowded and amazing, and only a short 5 minute walk to the Eastern Lake that flows into the gulf. You are centrally located in the middle of everything being in between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Just moments from all the great restaurants and shopping, and Publix! As the title says, You won't regret this stay! Book it!
