Great actability to the beach and shops. Missing kitchen necessities like spatula and potholders. Mold on bathroom wall.

One pool closed on arrival. Socks found under bed on arrival. Vape left on floor. Poor lighting throughout unit.Beach towels provided was helpful. Unable to reach fan controls over bed.

We had a great time and loved our condo. We loved the multiple beach accesses just across the street. The host was very accommodating and responsive.

Great visit and location. Would absolutely go back!

Check in was easy, house was clean, this was a great spot for a short stay for my son and I! The private beach access was a definite plus, we got a great spot by the water every day we were there! Just a short walk from the beach too! Communication with the host was easy breezy!

The suite itself was very nice and comfortable, nice furnishings, the only issue was with the cleaning process, the toilet sits on a pad of some sort and it is torn and nasty. The shower had some mildew or mold around the base of the wall. Beach access is really easy. All in all I would stay here again. Just needs a little attention. Thanks

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very cute condo and looks just like the pictures. My only complaint would be the mold starting to grow in the bathroom by the vent, but I don’t know how it wouldn’t with the amount of moisture in Florida. Our dryer was also out on our floor with was inconvenient but we made it work by hanging all our clothes and using the box fan in the closet to dry them.

We loved our stay at Gulf Place! Access to the beach was super convenient and easy to get to! We love the area and location to great food, ice cream, and activities! Perfect for families! We will be back!

Reviewer Comments: We arrived on a Wednesday and upon arrival, noted we didn’t have enough washcloths. So, we called the property management company after getting settled to let them know we needed another washcloth. Thursday, we enjoyed the beach and got back to the condo still missing a washcloth. We thought they would deliver it while we were out since we spoke to someone 24 hours earlier about needing a washcloth. We called the property management company again, spoke to someone who said they saw where our call had been taken the day before and they would get a washcloth to us immediately. One person waited to take a shower to see if the washcloth would be delivered. To no avail, it wasn’t, and that person had to bathe with the dish towel. On Friday morning, we called the property management company again to ask for a washcloth. We spoke to Sarah, and she said she’d be right over with one. We went about our day, thinking again that one would be delivered. At 1:30 pm, one person in our party went up to the room and while there, checked to see if the washcloth had been delivered. You’re going to be shocked... it had not!! So, we called the property management company again and spoke to Joy, asking if we could pick up a washcloth and to let us know where we need to go to pick it up since they were having a hard time delivering something as simple as a washcloth. Joy said she needed to check with the team to see where they were with the request. We reiterated that this was the fourth time calling in 3 days and still haven’t gotten one washcloth and the person wasn’t bathing with a dish towel again. Joy was asked what time we could expect the washcloth, and she would not give us a specific time that we’d have another washcloth. Due to not specifying a time we could expect them, we told Joy if we didn’t have the washcloth in 3 hours they would hear from us again.
