Parking was good and safe. We had one brief internet issue but was great otherwise.

A great place to stay for the week!

Can’t beat the location Great view of beach and only steps to sand. Walking/biking is easy to some of our favorite restaurants.

The condo was wonderful and the views are breathtaking. The location was great, not to far from anything. Being able to walk straight down to the beach and the chair service was great! The only issue we had was sometimes there would be someone else parked in our assigned parking spot but this was solved with a phone call.

Love the property! Great decor, comfortable beds, location is great and the proximity to the beach made it perfect!!!

The condo and view were great and we loved the private beach and beach chair set up. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The perfect condo right on the beach! I would stay here every time I come down if I could. The property is extremely clean, and they provide everything you could need for your stay. I would recommend it to anyone.

Very clean and perfect location and easy access to the beach.

We love staying in this condominium. The unit was very well furnished. We brought a number of things from home thinking we would need them, but most everything needed was already there. Its proximity to the beach is awesome – just a few steps away. And one of the best parts, was the daily chair and umbrella service.! We would definitely stay here again

We loved our stay at Sun Seeker! The condo was clean and so cute and steps from the beach! The location is perfect with so many restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be coming back!

The location was perfect. very nice area

This is a great gulf front property conveniently located to many restaurants that we love. Easy walk to several spots and in a quiet complex. The views from the master bedroom are excellent!…. Almost looks as if you’re on top of the water during high tide. The unit/building itself is a little dated but very clean and had everything you would need to kick off your trip like coffee, beach cooler, & chairs which we appreciated. The unit was a nice size for 3 of us (myself, husband, & mother in law). Eileen the owner was great with communication and any questions we had. Would stay here again!

My wife and I stayed at this property for a couple of days and enjoyed it very much! Clean, spacious, comfortable and only feet from the beach!

The property is well maintained and well supplied with what we needed. We enjoyed being right on the beach in a quiet spot on the sand. It was nice to be able to stow our beach gear on the lower level side. The master bed was very comfortable and had more than enough pillows! We used a pack & play that was in the closet and we really appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that was supplied. We will save this unit in hopes to return in the future.

We had an absolute wonderful trip. We left feeling so refreshed and relaxed; and also ready to book another trip to this property. It was our 6th time visiting 30A and this was our favorite spot. Eileen made the check in so easy and was awesome to respond so quickly for any need. Don’t hesitate, book this property!

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay here. The condo was perfect! Spotless, clean, and had everything you could ever need. We loved how the property was sort of nestled away from the road. It was very quiet and private. You can’t ask for a better view of the gulf from the balcony!! This unit has it all!! We would definitely book again and have already discussed doing so. The property owner was excellent. She checked in on us to ensure we had a perfect stay. Ps - I’m sorry I broke your coaster lol

Wonderful stay for a long weekend. Very clean and the perfect location!

100% recommend. Everything about this property was perfect for our family. Beach access was perfect, very little crowds where we were. The place was very clean and well taken care of. It is a few flights of stairs which was no issue for our family and totally worth the breathtaking views from the balcony. The property manager was great to work with as well. We drove to both Destin and Seaside and it was an easy trip to both. But there are plenty of restaurants closer by, you don't have to drive far. The chair set up was very nice to have, we just added and additional umbelrella.

My family had a wonderful time staying here. The condo is very clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location.
