This elegantly designed coastal condo can comfortably sleep 8 people with two king bedrooms, a twin bunk area, and a sleeper sofa. 30A Endless Summer offers a private beach access, 3 private pools and 2 tennis courts.

ABOUT THE AREA: Gulf Place is a vibrant neighborhood nestled on the west end of 30A. Splashing fountains, park benches, tree-lined streets, footpaths, and an amphitheater, compliment the town center, located directly across from the Gulf of Mexico. And you're just a short stroll away from the community pools, golf, shops, and eateries like the famous Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, The Perfect Pig and many more.

BEACH ACCESS: Gulf Place private deeded beach access. Or you can also use Ed Walline Public Beach Access.

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Parking Details:
- Parking can be found in any public space in the parking lot.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

    Excellent place to stay enjoy the two weeks. We were there one very small flaw the furniture on the balcony barstools very uncomfortable also very dangerous. If a child would get on the stool our table they would go right over the edge. Don’t think anybody thought about that so we brought our beach chairs brought them out there and that way we were able to sit and be comfortable other than that the place was great

    4 night trip to the beach was over way to quick! First time to 30a and my daughters are ready to call it their forever home. Thank you for a great experience we are still talking about the amazing bonfire night. We can't wait to return.

    Condo was a dream. 30a beach girls were wonderful and spoiled us with a welcome box and bonfire. Rest of the trip sucked due to all the teenagers running wild. The mirror on my husbands truck was ripped off and thrown in the back.

    Amazing condo, very clean and comfortable. Love proximity to beach, pool and dining. Shunk gulley and Perfect Pig were our go to places! The bonfire was fun! Would rent again.

    Best ever 30A rental ever! condo is well equipped and comfortable. Upscale linens. The dreamy towels were perfect after a shower. 30a beach girls and everyone I worked with is fabulous and very attentive to their guests. The included bonfire night was epic. We had so much fun. Great treats, music and games. We took so many pictures. We will absolutely be back again and again! All that was missing was turn down service.... we will totally add that next time.

    One of a kind home, breathtaking. Very unique home with unbeatable views. Fast communication with smooth check in and out. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Loved the location, the free bonfire was our best night. Hollie arranged 2 chefs for us and our pontoon rental. She had arranged for our airport transportation, imagine our surprise when we realized it was her driving us! We couldn't have wished for anything else except more time.
