Property was clean, bed was comfortable. Like how the bathroom was set up for our group it worked well. Nice location and noise wasnt bad being busy and above pool. With the door shut noise was minimal.

The condo was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The walls were so insulated, we did not hear our neighbors. The view of the ocean and the pounding of the waves created a great background for a relaxing getaway!

Location of condo is right above pool - convenient for running up to grab things or peaking down at kids in pool, but it was pretty noisy most all day until 10 or so at night. Condo really had everything we needed, listing was accurate. Felt clean & comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was in close proximity to everything. It was so nice to have the chairs and umbrella available to use during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean, conveniently located, nicely decorated, and suited our needs perfectly. There was one small issue with the bedroom TV remote not working properly, but once notified, the rental company cheerfully and promptly got it corrected. The only negative was this: At the end of October, exactly a week prior to our stay, we called Sugar Sands to check whether the rates would be dropping and to see if any promotions were available for November. We were advised that the rates had already decreased and no further discounts were available. Thinking that it wouldn't make any difference, we went ahead and booked that day only to see that a promotion was added a few days later that would have entitled us to a free night. We emailed Sugar Sands and requested a credit but they declined. Having said all that, we'd still probably rent from them again. We'd just wait until the last minute to do it.

Reviewer Comments: Our condo was designed for family of 3 but we only had two rolls of toilet paper and one very bad quality of paper towel no kitchen towels no salt and paper and no dish soap basically if you’re staying for a week you are spending 40 dollars on things that you leave most of it behind.

Our trip wasn’t that great, but it was because of the weather ,, rained everyday .. if we had not extended our stay to one more night we would have only had 2 hours of sun the whole week .. the last day we did have a full day .. the condo was great for the 2 of us

The deck is perfect for sipping morning coffee or enjoying sunset cocktails, while the private beach access makes it easy to enjoy a day by the sea. The property also includes bbq grills. They provided thoughtful touches like beach chairs and boogie boards. Whether you are looking to unwind or explore, The Island Princess is a perfect choice for a beachside retreat.

This was a great place to stay. The access was easy, great parking, great access to the beach, and check in was easy. Will definitely consider this location again when visiting.

The condo was very nice and very clean The area of which the condo was located was very easy to find and to access First time in oklaloosa island and definitely will be coming back

We truly enjoyed staying at this condo. It was just as nice and clean as advertised! We had no issues with anything while we were there. The only complaint was that a couple of families dominated the pool area one evening and were screaming and yelling the entire time. They were also blaring loud music. At other times there were families playing music but it was not concert loud. This was our second to last night there. Other than that our stay was fantastic and we would choose this place again if we decide to return.
