This condo location is fantastic! The view from the living room and master BR is the beach and Gulf of MEXICO! The pool was just a couple units to the right and a couple flights of stairs away and visible from the condo's balcony, which is accessible from the livingroom and MBR. The unit was tidy and clean. There were sufficient dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans for us to use during our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. The sofa and love seat were fine, but we did not use the sleeper sofa as a bed. Our only complaints would be the beds: The frames from both beds make a LOT of noise. The mattresses are also on the firm side without any sort of mattress pad. We are used to a pillow top, so the one in the master BR was uncomfortable for us. We could also not find comfortable pillows, but this is subjective, and other visitors may not have this complaint. The door to the master BR rubs against the doorframe when opening and closing. If someone were sleeping in the living room this sound would scare the peace right out of them! The lock to the master bathroom pocket door also doesn't work. So the combination of the broken lock and ill fitting bedroom door meant anyone seeking some privacy had to be a little more diligent, especially if the curtains ar open on the glassdoor that opens to the previously mentioned balcony. I prefer FWB to Destin as there seemed to be less tourist traffic, but we were close enough to enjoy Destin's attractions.

Condo was as pictured. Furniture very attractive and “beachy” but for older folks like us not very comfortable. Patio nicely furnished also. Enjoyed out stay very much.

Had a great stay. Very clean. Smelled fresh. Bathrooms were great. The only real problem was the side window next to the front door did not have a cover of any kind. Anyone cold look in at any time. Hope to return again.

My husband and I took his elderly grandparents to Florida for vacation. We needed a calm, peaceful location with direct beach access and this place was all of that and more. Management was awesome and answered any questions we had during our stay. Full kitchen, spacious rooms, great balcony with beautiful view. Couldn’t ask for a better stay.

Came to this condo for a birthday trip. Everything was as advertised. Communication with the management company was exceptional! View was beautiful and everyone was very nice. Will definitely come back!

The condo is in a perfect location with amazing views of the ocean. The check in/out process went very smoothly. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back in the future.

Great location with easy access to beach and pool area. Family oriented property. Plan to use ride share apps to go out to eat or for activities but there are plenty of places for delivery options (grocery and food). Bare bones supplied for guests; bring your own toiletries, dish soap, and beach towels.
