Stayed Jul 12, 2025Our family has been coming to Hilton Head for 30 years and absolutely loved this property. Location was great, just a short walk from the beach and the community pool was spacious. My only drawback was that tennis is listed as an amenity, but there were no tennis courts on location. A court could be rented at Van Der Meer, but my understanding of “amenity” is that it is included with your stay. But again, loved the property, maybe just update the listing to be more accurate.

The place was very clean, the kitchen was so well stocked with everything we needed to cook (we had to stay in several nights because of Hurricane Debby). There were beach towels available, more than enough of everything! We can’t wait to book our stay here next summer. Thank you⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
