Check out the pictures.. This unit is priced to rent to outstanding guests who hopefully will become regulars.

Thank you for your interest in this property. My research indicates, as well as our marketing plan, that our rental is below the market even for standard quality and this unit exceeds standard several times as evidenced by the reviews. More times than not the unit is priced hundreds and even a thousand or more a week less than units handled by property managers.

VRBO shows the daily amount and then the total including all fees but that amount excludes the tax due the state of South
Carolina and Georgetown County which is 11 per cent. South
Carolina knows how to tax the out of staters!!!!

This is a true owner renting to guests and almost always, if not always the rent is less than a property manager which adds its fees. Go toward the bottom on the left side of the listing and you may see a name but keep looking for a business name in addition.

We have been involved in short term beach rentals at Litchfield Beach Pawleys for more than twenty years
.We appreciate your reviewing the calendar before making an inquiry; the reason for that is that scammers ask if the unit is still available; we normally do not respond to those inquiries without first checking with VRBO to determine if it is a legitimate inquiry.

. This property is located about three-fourths of a mile from the gate into the prestigious resort, Litchfield by the Sea which is your ocean front access... plenty of parking, decking, chairs, rest rooms and walkways to the beautiful sandy beach

Units were built for permanent residents and the rooms are spacious.... Kitchen is well-equipped.

Floor plan and furnishings have been designed to accommodate an array of guests:
1. Families with children and their friends
2. Family with grandparents, cousins, aunts and uncles
3. Two families with children
4. Two or more senior couples
5. Golfers ( four bedrooms)

Enjoy the well-appointed living area the large flat screen TV, Wi-fi.

Each bedroom has a TV as well. The master has its own bath and a king- size bed and 2 other bedrooms have a king BED while the fourth bedroom has two standard size beds and share a bath with one of the king size bedrooms
One of the king size bedrooms also has direct entrance to the bath which also serves as a powder room.

Coffee on the balcony will power start your day and have you ready for an exciting evening on the town. And an adult drink at twilight or before will enhance that which follows.


Beware of ads stating limited time for some high per cent discount... by and large it is simply the normal rate for that particular season.

Wi-FI is provided without charge. A pass will be ready for you upon arrival at the gate into the resort. Litchfield by the Sea and you may come and go there as often as you like while enjoying the oceanfront Beach Club which has parking very close at hand. Tennis and pickle ball courts, fishing in the lakes and walking paths are there for your pleasure without charge.
