Stayed Dec 13, 2024We were 3 couples who have been friends for over 40 years. We take annual trips to different places. This was a great condo and we had plenty of room. Close to everything. We will be back Only suggestion is to get some new fry pans

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointing but not totally disgusting! The condo smells very moldy and musty.Large centipedes were in the showers. No coffee filters are provided.A breaker kicked off for no apparent reason; nothing was turned on or plugged in except the table lamp in the bedroom. We flipped the breaker and the lights came back on. Clean linens and towels were provided. The condo is very dated and in desperate need of some upgrades. Furniture is very worn and all of the beds in all 3 bedrooms were uncomfortable. The management company was professional and friendly. We paid almost $400 a night, includes parking, and fees. Not really worth the price. However, It did come with one adult ticket to Dollywood. A$90 value.Proximity to Pigeon Forge’s entertainment venues was good, everything was a short drive away, a high point in an otherwise disappointing rental.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024First time taking the grandkids (3&6) to Dollywood. The condo was very nice. Had some issues getting in the condo with the code - was absolutely used error lol. The management company was quick to respond and instruct me how to get in. Was a perfect place for three generations to come together and enjoy each other. The pools were great and the condo was beautiful. Will definitely book again!!
