A full kitchen with pantry, utensils, & cookware are all provided. The king master BR has a wall mounted 55 inch cable TV, a walk in closet, and includes an ensuite bath with double vanities, garden tub, and huge shower. The queen 2nd BR shares a full BA with the 3rd BR that has a pair of adjustable beds that using a provided bridge can be combined into a king. Both BR's have wall mounted Roku TV's. Linens and beginning soap and laundry supplies are included. The laundry center includes a full sized W/D. The vaulted ceilings with fans provide an airy well ventilated space. The living room has a leather sofa, loveseat, euro style recliner/footstool, 2 massage recliners, and a 65 inch cable TV. The screened patio with a ceiling fan has sliding doors to both the LR and master BR and overlooks a pond with fish, turtles, and birds, and offers views of the frequent rocket launches. 2 public ocean beaches are close by as are the cruise port restaurants and the 4 lane highway to Orlando. Wide sidewalks and well lit hiking/biking paths make for safe exercise any time of the day.
