3 blocks to the beach - 5 minute walk to the start of the boardwalk! Family fun!

Great house. Great communication. Had a little trouble checking in because the keypad was dead. But the host was very helpful. It was very comfortable and cozy and super beachy.

Great stay

Pros: Spacious rooms. Self-check in. Clean bedding. Foosball table. Many modern conveniences. Responsive PM and housekeeping. Cons: ONE PARKING SPACE. Unless you're traveling in a bus be prepared to unload the other car you had to bring and lug your stuff around the block. The place technically sleeps 12-14, only needed room for ten, this concept only works when you assume everyone likes to share a bed. One person needed to sleep on the couch and couldn't because the couches were FILTHY with stains. Thin bedding and only a 2 extra blankets were provided, not enough for each bed. Was provided with two sheets to cover the couch with. Not enough. I had to purchase 2 sets of sheets an air mattress and a blanket. One set of sheets to finish covering the couch and one set for the air mattress. Bathroom floor was dirty upon arrival and hand towel bar in bathroom kept falling apart every time we put the hand towel back on, was told a handyman would come but the towel bar remained unusable. Outdoor shower had other people's bathing suits in it and there was an empty shopping cart outside my bedroom window. Messy alley with dirty trash cans. (and i get it, trash cans get dirty but rinsing out the maggots would help with the fly problem.) Moldy blinds in bathroom shower. And lastly, was left with a dirty broom and broken mop to clean up sand. I eventually gave up because the dirty broom just kept making it worse. Listing say one but photos show two different bathrooms, confusing.

It was great! Everything is as said and listed, very cooperative and welcoming.
