Will do long term lease and if you need more then 2 spaces you can rent additional ones from hoa. The king suite is on one side of the unit and the queen & loft on the other side of the shared area. The king and queen suites have large walk in closets and full bathroom in the room and even small dinette along with bedroom furniture including dresser, 2 night stands, desk/chair, tv, recliner, refrigerator, micowave, sliding door to balcony. The loft bedroom has a double bed on top with a double recliner beneath it, tv, desk w/chair, cabinet/closet/shelves, small micro and frig. Full bathroom across hallway from it so can also be used by other guest if you allow. The unit is stocked to get you started with cleaning supplies, toiltries, full kitchen supplies including spices. There is one bicycle for you to use.
