Reviewer Comments: Our family shared three different units during this stay and 524 was definitely the gathering place for meals/games/etc. Because the unit was on the top floor on the corner of the property, it seemed a lot larger than the other units in terms of living space. The corner balcony was very spacious and allowed for several people to eat outside together. Out of the 3 units, 524 seemed to be the least updated however it was the most cozy because of the decorations, large library of books and games available. A couple minor complaints: The bedroom with the twin beds had poor lighting due to it not having a window nor a lamp connected to the light switch on the wall. The ice maker did not work all week. Despite those issues, we would request this unit again. The location of Ocean One was great because there was so much within walking distance.

The property was very clean. Even though this unit was facing Forest Beach Drive, road noise was barely heard. In fact, being on the top floor in a corner room, made this one of the best locations we ever rented. We have been making fall trips in Sept. or Oct. every year since 1984; therefore we have many different rental units with which to compare this trip. The dining room chairs were very comfortable and the card table was perfect for completing jigsaw puzzles. The computer desk with lighting was perfect for my laptop use and recharging. The only things that could have enhanced our stay would be circulating fans for the bedrooms since there were no ceiling fans in any room. Even with the thermostat set at 72 degrees, the lack of air flow in the master suite resulted in some less than optimal sleeping conditions. We have a stack air circulator that I use at my mother's home when we visit her. It requires very little space and could be placed between the bed and window. Beach chairs that could have been taken to sit on the beach would have been nice as well. We arrived in a Honda CR-V with so much luggage for 3 people that I could not bring beach chairs or my golf clubs. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again if we return to Hilton Head.

Property was fantastic. Clean, plenty of room for us (only 3) but also great if you had a bigger family or multiple couples. Great location with pool right out back and a very short walk to the beach. Near shopping plaza. We had a great time!

It looks like it may have just been renovated!It feels more like a home than a condo.It does not face the ocean, yet the views out the window include beautiful green tropical trees which create privacy! The floors are comfortable to walk in since there is gorgeous clean flat weave carpet in the family room and bedrooms. There are also beautiful tile floors in the unit. The only 2 downsides are that the bed felt a bit too firm for my husband and I although we figured out how to make the mattress feel softer. Also, the air filters in the unit may need to be replaced. Overall, I would rate this unit 9 out of 10 as it is my favorite unit in HH I’ve stayed in!

Ocean One 524 was perfect for our family of 6. It was spacious and nicely decorated with lots of bells and whistles for all to enjoy. The game room with puzzles, music, poker table, and more was a bonus. Lots of space for kids and adults. The kitchen and baths have upgraded cabinets and appliances and granite surfaces. We highly recommend this property to others. Seashore Vacations always provides us topnotch service from the moment we reserve to the moment we checkout after a fun-filled vacation week.
