Stayed Oct 4, 2025When we checked in the front desk gave us the room number but no keys or code. Thought maybe door was unlocked…. Had to go back down to find out we had keys. Then day 2 guest toilet would not flush. Called property managers office they switched us to front desk. Sent someone up to fix. Lasted 1 day. Called again on Wednesday…. Same problem. Had to call daily until finally Friday they sent someone up. Our last full day. Worked for a few hours then same problem. Meanwhile 6 adults and 2 children had to either go to Lobby to use the restroom or come into the Master bathroom interrupting sleep during the night. So not too happy about the whole situation.

Stayed Sep 3, 2025Nice but upon check-in maintenance was caulking both tubs . Glad he was there since water wasn’t working . They fixed water. Condo was dusty. Upper kitchen cabinets would not close presenting a hazard for injury . Guest bathroom stopped up toilet . Maintenance fixed once . We just used master bathroom. Huge inconvenience. Someone’s bathing suit was left in guest bathroom hanging over shower. .

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Perks... super quick walk to the beach, pool was large, indoor pool was a plus. Layout was great for 2 families. Kitchen had everything you would need. Great sitting room and balcony. Mattresses were amazing! Shortcomings... The kitchen almost had too much in it. It was hard to bring in groceries and find somewhere to place them. Wifi was very spotty.
