3 Bedroom PREMIUM Condo at Phoenix East! Splash Pad!

The highlight of our room was the view, thats about the only good I have to say and the staff we encountered were very sweet. Otherwise, we had issues with our room not being clean, there was stuff on the walls, doors, stained rugs, the freezer kept freezing up and dripped water all over everything in the fridge to the point we had to keep taking drawers out and dumping them, the only thing we had in the freezer was one thing of ice cream and some popsicles so not full at all, the dryer didnt work no matter what setting you put it on so you would have to run it like 5 times to get anything dry, the room smelled musty and like mildew, the showers barely drained, they do not provide comforters for the bed, only thin sheets and blankets, the mattress in the master was so bad we debated sleeping on the pull out couch as we thought maybe it would be better instead of waking up barely able to move. We had problems with other renters at the pool after 11 being loud and waking our kids, we all ended up with weird rashes on us, everything in the kitchen basically needs replaced. Down to we had problems trying to get the oven to preheat and the silverware being rusty and dirty. All in all we probably wont be renting from here again.

This condo was very roomy. Check in was quick but very old school. You had to get keys. There was no keyless entry like most. That wasn’t a great big deal but trying not to lose a key at the beach is a little stressful. Especially when you have multiple people using the key. The location for town was great but the location for the beach was rt by the international water way and I guess bc of the rock wall it trapped all the ocean trash so water was not nice had to swim with lots of root looking things. This is also not the condos fault but people should know about the water. We were only there Fri-mon but it was like that every day. The condo was pretty clean. I had to clean the back splash behind the sink it had food on it. The back splash was clearly not cleaned. I also got a message from property owner that they do not provide comforters due to Covid. So we all packed bulky blankets. When we got there there was blankets on every bed. What’s the difference between providing sheets but not comforters. Does Covid stay in comforter but not sheets. If I am renting a condo that’s really my decision. If I were that worried about Covid I would just stay home. There was also a rancid smell in the lobby the entire weekend also. We would not choose to stay here again.

My friend and I stayed for my 40th birthday. We booked last minute bc our other VRBO host canceled us less then 24 hours before our flight arrival. Great place. Very clean and beautiful view. Elevators are a bit slow and make sure you bring coffee filters. We made 2 trips to the store bc we assumed they had filters bc they had a coffee maker. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay.

Great location and awesome view. Internet was absolutely horrible. We brought it up multiple times during our stay and the front desk couldn't do anything about it. The building was going through an upgrade when we first got there and they asked if we would allow the telephone company to take multiple days to upgrade the internet. They were going to make a hole in the wall, pull wires, and repatch the hole. We said that wasn't fair because Wi-Fi was part of the deal and we weren't notified that Wi-Fi was going to be bad. They agreed and said won't affect our Wi-Fi if we don't get the upgrade. Didn't matter. Wi-Fi was horrible and we couldn't get work done. We brought it up to the front desk numerous times. No compensation or alternative was offered. Unacceptable for the price we paid for the condo.
