The Space:
IMPORTANT NOTE: As this is a condo development, please note that there are cameras located throughout the building on every floor and all the entrances. These are monitored by a security team.
The Resort:
This is hands down one of the nicest condo resorts in Kelowna and I’ve visited almost all of them. I have been vacationing up in Kelowna for many years and so when it was time to look at buying a place in Kelowna, this was one of my first choices.
The complex is a safe & secure resort located in the heart of downtown Kelowna right on the waterfront. Tugboat Beach (arguably the best beach in Kelowna) and the beautiful Waterfront Canal are literally at the Resort’s doorstep. Everything you need (restaurants, casino, pubs, banks, gas, groceries, liquor, pharmacy etc.) is less than 5-10 minutes away!
The resort amenities are top notch with an indoor/outdoor pool & hot tub, outdoor pool & hot tub, fitness centre, steam room, boat access along with a courtyard that has a BBQ and outdoor dining area.
There is the possibility to rent a boat slip directly in front of the building in the channel. Your boat would be parked right in front of the building. Please inquire further.
If you are looking to rent another condo or two or three, please reach out as we do have multiple 3-bedroom condos that we could rent you in this building and in the next building over.
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING PETS:
- Only dogs are allowed
- Maximum of 2 dogs
- Dogs cannot weigh more than 26lbs or stand taller than 18 inches from ground to the top of their hand.
- Please ask to see our size chart for further clarification (which is the last picture on the listing).
- All pets must be pre-approved in advance
- Pet fee = $20 per day per pet
- $250 refundable deposit also required per pet. This will be charged after you book.
- Please inform us of your pets in advance so we can approve
- Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or the beds.
- Please clean up after your pets. If there is dog hair left on the furniture, beds or excessive dog hair left in the condo, this will come out of your refundable pet deposit.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT POOLS & HOT TUBS:
- The outdoor pool/hot tub typically close the Monday after Thanksgiving and reopens before the long weekend in May.
- The half indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub typically stays open year round unless there is a maintenance issue.
The Condo:
This is a MASSIVE POOL-SIDE condo at 1600sqft! It is one of the largest floor plans in the building. It has recently been updated with all new furnishings, tastefully decorated and new appliances installed! It is fully furnished and accessorized to be the perfect home away from home. It has a big kitchen, FREE WIFI/Cable/Netflix, Air Conditioning, Washer & Dryer etc. This condo is on the amenity level unit which makes it very convenient for accessing the amazing amenities.
The large kitchen has all the modern appliances and conveniences, including a large fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, blender, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. It is well equipped with all the dinnerware, cookware, glassware, cutlery and utensils you would need to cook any type of gourmet meal. The dining table seats 6 comfortably, there are 2 stools at the kitchen bar as well as 3 stools at the breakfast bar.
Basic spices, oil, vinegars, sugar, coffee/tea, laundry soap, trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper are provided for the first few days to get you going.
*Please note that we do not restock during your stay.
The bed arrangements are as follows:
- Master Bedroom #1 = 1x King Bed + sofa bed
- Master Bedroom #2 = 1x King Bed + sofa bed
- Spare Bedroom #3 = 2x Double over Double Bunk Bed
- Living Room = 1x sofa bed
All linens and towels are included.
For Entertainment purposes the townhouse has a total FOUR Flatscreen Smart TVs (internet enabled) TVs every room ranging from 50" to 65". It also has cable TV, Netflix and high speed WIFI internet.
A large patio extends off of the living area with direct access to the outdoor pool. There is an outdoor sofa, dining set and propane BBQ that is the perfect spot for outdoor entertaining!
This unit is great for families (multiple) with children, a group of friends, 2-3 couples who are travelling together or for business travellers (as the Delta Grand Convention Centre & Prospera Centre is steps away).
As a family traveller myself and a father of 3 children, I can honestly say that this is one of the best units in the entire building for families. Our unit is on the amenity level and literally the closest unit to the pool. Our patio extends out to the courtyard and the whole courtyard feels like an extension of our patio. Our kids can literally run back and forth to the pool and around the secure private courtyard. The Courtyard is a private and secure area (fob access only) which means your kids can run around and play in a secure setting. The courtyard is like having your own backyard space with green space, tables, BBQ area, pools, hot tubs etc. It’s just perfect for families. I can be cooking burgers on the BBQ one minute and then be over at the pool 10 seconds later. There is no need for elevators, opening doors with fobs (passing those around from person to person) or hauling stuff up and down to the pool and back to the condo. I can literally see my kids in the pool from the patio. I cannot stress the convenience factor that this townhouse has enough.

Getting Around:
Once at the condo, you can walk everywhere that downtown has to offer. If you want to visit the wineries or golf courses that are scattered around Kelowna you might want to rent a car, uber, tax or take a limo.

Other Things to Note:
Couple things to note:
1) The facilities/amenities are managed by the onsite Property Management company, and from time to time they do require them to be closed due to regular maintenance or for other reasons. This is beyond our control. We apologize in advance if any of the facilities/amenities are closed during your stay.
2) From time to time certain offerings inside the condo (i.e. a blow dryer, cable TV, wifi, washer/dryer etc.) may break, become interrupted or go missing all together. Sometimes this happens without our prior knowledge as the previous guest might not inform us. We do apologize in advance if this occurs during your stay. If something like this occurs during your stay, please advise immediately so we can try to fix the problem as soon as possible.
In the unlikely event that the above happens during your stay, refunds are not automatically given out. We will try to work with you to find a suitable solution to the problem. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
We needed a place for two families to stay while visiting our aging parents at Christmas. It was wonderful to be so close by and have a nice kitchen for a few family meals! Also, the waterfront estuary and grazing deer allowed us to be part of the natural environment.
In Kelowna for a family wedding. We are a family of 8. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the our choice of accommodation at the waterfront in Kelowna. The 3 bdrm condo was everything and more we hoped it would be! Super spacious and generous ammenities.
Everything was good, no complaints. Would stay again.
Jay, Was awesome with communication before and after. The places is spacious and lots a room. The bedroom are big and beds and bedding over and above. Lower unit great access to the pool and court yard, did not feel like you were in high rise concept. Place was fully equipped, no need to bring extras. Great that you could walk out from your patio to the pool and court yard Will be back

The condo was everything it describes and more. The space is open, bright and spotless. The condo is stocked with everything you could think of and everything you didn’t. The attention to deal and taste in decor was beautiful and cozy.The beds are so comfortable, the kids have never slept in as late as they did here. The kids loved both the indoor and outdoor pool and we loved that it was just steps away from the patio area. We took the kids down to the waterfront for some fun with the rental e bikes and a swim in the lake but were happy to just stay at the condo and enjoy the amenities. The host was very accommodating and answered all questions promptly and had great suggestions for places close by to enjoy dinner out with the kids. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.
Unable to host Christmas in Alberta as planned, due to road closures, flight delays and family illness, we made a last minute pivot to get to Kelowna. What a beautiful homey place to stay. Plenty of amenities and of course GREAT INTERNET which is a must with 4 teenagers. Centrally located, lots of space in the unit for everyone to have their own space/quiet time and a fun games room for those wanting more activity/stimulation. Lovely property and excellent owners who were quick to communicate as needed.
The condo was beautiful and had everything that you would need for your stay. The check in process was super easy. The amenities were well kept and accessible right outside your door. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were delicious! There were 10 of us and there was lots of space for everyone.
This condo is beautifully furnished and decorated and has everything you could need for your stay. The location is perfect for easy access right from the patio to the pools and games room. We had our 4 children with us and didn’t have to worry about them going anywhere other than the courtyard area that the patio opens to. They loved the pools and the games room. We had seniors with us as well and they mostly enjoyed sitting on the patio in the shade. It was nice to be able to walk down to the beach which again, the kids really enjoyed. The beds had nice soft bedding and were very comfortable. I haven’t slept that well in a long time! Our family stayed with grandparents and because the primary suite is on one side with its own bathroom, and the 2 bedrooms on the other, it gave us each our own space and privacy which was awesome. Jay was quick to respond and very helpful with everything. Best rental we’ve stayed at by far.
Memorable vacation days with my family at this lovely place located in the heart of downtown. easy access to the restaurants and lake. Condo is so big and very clean with huge kitchen and appliances . Great place for families with kids.
The property is everything listed and shown in photos and more. We had 2 families staying, ages 1 - 40+ and we all enjoyed the amenities and location. Walking to fabulous restaurants, waterfront, and pool is right in front of the apartment. The apartment itself had everything you'd need to stay for short or long term and made it feel like a second home for us. We will definitely book again next time we go to Kelowna.
