Overall, everything was perfect!

We loved this place! Very clean, perfect location quick response from property manager/owner about a clogged sink! Beds could have been a smidge comfier but overall we were so happy here, We would 100% stay here again!

The apartment itself was nice. Finding it however, took some time. There’s only one designated parking spot and it’s in front of a restaurant. We had to ask people to move their cars or golf carts from the spot every single time we came back to the house. We found parking for the other cars across the street but we had to wait for people to leave and stand in the spot! Super inconvenient.Also the entrance is down an alley by the restaurants smelly dumpsters!!! Then moving in means you have to drag coolers, suitcases and groceries up 17 steps on the staircase.The house has a great location once you get passed all of that.

I read some of the other reviews before and the donut shopdownstairs was nothing to worry about at all. We never heard anything, nor was there a lot of noise in the mornings. The only downside is when you go to leave there are a lot of people there sometimes. The only negative thing I would say is that there is no lock or keypad on the gate so anyone can come in at any time. There were multiple times that we were hanging out around the pool and random people just walked in the gate. I think this is a security issue and probably should be addressed by the owner/rental management team I think if there are maintenance people that need to access the pool or the back of the house they need to knock or at least notify tenants that someone will be coming over.

This trip was very much needed for the entire family, and we had an absolute wonderful time! This home was lovely! The location was perfect for us, and the golf cart parking was perfect for us. The home had everything that we needed for cooking meals at the house, and we loved that there was a washer and dryer so that we could wash our beach towels and do laundry throughout the trip. The layout of the home is great, giving everyone their space. The outdoor space was incredible for us, as we all loved sitting on the porches in the morning and evenings. The queen bed was a little soft for us, but we were very comfortable in the home. The only suggestions that we would have, would be a beach wagon and umbrella to use. The low chairs are harder for the older folks to get in and out of, so we used them more as tables to put our bags on. We were not disappointed, just more information for anyone that is looking to rent and wants to understand the amenities that the house offers. When we were leaving, the parking spot that is noted for Seashell, was being occupied by a family that was renting the home next door. I am not sure if they have their own parking spot, but just something that we weren't sure of. We were leaving the following day, so didn't need the spot, but just something we wanted to note. I would absolutely rent this home again! Thank you for the amazing communication before our trip, throughout the reschedule, and up until we got to Anna Maria!

Sadly due to working on the flooring - we found out on Thursday - 2 days before our arrival that we would have to move to another location on the island . The only way I found out was by making a phone Call to the management company to ask a question about the condo! The management said oh yes we have to move you due to and issue that caused the owner to need additional time with the flooring . We were moved to a home three streets away. The management company and owner did offer to give us another day and change our vacation. That wasn’t an option due to our airline and car rental. Plus we were celebrating our retirement . The management company did provide a gift basket and decided not to charge us for the difference in price between the condo and the house that was further from The beach. I had traveled to Anna Maria several times and new PINE Ave well. We were disappointed But our new house was acceptable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Seashell the first week of June. It was a great spot for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids. The house was spacious, always cool, very clean and had all the things we needed. The mattress in the king bed room could use replaced, and some new beach chairs would be nice. We ended up buying new and leaving them behind for the next people. I would also suggest maybe a lock on the gate. We are pretty sure we caught teenagers swimming in our pool one afternoon after returning from the beach.

Reviewer Comments: Loved the location, easy access to all food and beach, but disliked walking past full dumpsters everyday. Loved the layout of the property, but wished it was cleaned better, the couch cushions are flat and the bedding needs to be replaced (make sure you bring your own pillows). Parking spot is not marked, instead it has a tow warning sign. Filter and fans were not clean. Linen was clean.

It’s such a great location and within a short walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The trolley stop is right on the corner. The rooms and kitchen are a really good size and the outdoor balconies are so nice, not to mention the pool. We’ve already booked for next year.

We have stayed here 3 times and love the house and location.
