3 Bedroom Oceanfront Condo With Large Balcony, Sleeps 8

We had a great week! The condo was great and the host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed!! Will definitely stay again!

We have stayed several years in this condo and love it !! Eric the owner is great and you deal with him directly.

Beautiful condo in a great location. Its close to everything, but is quiet and not overcrowded. The beach chair service with TWO sets of chairs was perfect for our family of 8 along with our personal canopy and chairs, which made getting everyone on the beach so much easier! We enjoyed the beach service every single day of our stay.

Everything was great! The condo looked nice and was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans, utensils, and appliances. There were also plenty of towels for our group of 5. I appreciated that trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and toilet paper were provided. There was always plenty of parking in the parking garage. The view was fantastic and the chair service on the beach was a huge plus! We would definitely choose this condo again. Thank you!

Exceeded my expectations

The property was very nice! No problems with anything the owner was very friendly and easy to get in touch with if you needed anything!

The condo was located right there on the beach, beautiful scenic view on the balcony!! The rooms had a modernized and beachy vibe to them. Just about half a mile down, was a place called A 'more Donuts; it was fantastic! There were 5 restaurants all within walking distance, well placed spot in Panama City Beach. the owners accommodated us very well, leaving us with an unforgettable stay!! Thank you Eric and Jenn for making this vacation a memorable!! :)

As soon as the door opened, we saw the condo was spacious and had a pleasant floor plan. The interior furnishings were modern and tastefully decorated. Condo was well stocked with new cooking pans and all the supplies needed to be comfortable. Loved the included beach chairs/umbrellas that were already set up in the sand each morning. The building has quick elevators and the pools/hot tubs being on the 5th floor provided great views. Eric was available via text, responded quickly, and even checked in on how my Ironman race went. It is clear the owner takes pride in his unit and wants you to enjoy your stay. Couldn't have asked for more!

We stayed for a week in April 2025 and the condo was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our stay. Eric was great to communicate with and very responsive. I would stay here again!!

Sunrise Beach is on a beautiful beach! It’s well maintained! Super clean! Excellent staff work here! The condo is the best we have ever rented! Absolutely gorgeous ! The owner is amazing! Answers all questions promptly! He’s the best!

This condo was just the thing for our group! Everything was so clean, and we had plenty of space.

We have been renting this condo for years and love it. The decor is nice and welcoming. The master bed is comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped (love having a keurig). We love sitting on the balcony in the morning drinking coffee, listening to the waves and watching for dolphins. We then enjoy sitting on the balcony in the evening and watching the sunset. We appreciate the included beach service and we also enjoy the pool. We like the gifts and snacks too. Thanks for having fans available as I need the white noise to be able to sleep. We're looking forward to our next visit.

Host was so kind and accommodating. Location was perfect. We could walk to restaurants and stores. Right on the beach. My family had the best time.

Thank you for a wonderful 2 weeks! The condo was a wonderful place for our family to have some much-needed downtime. We were able to rest and relax. This place is so welcoming and full of amenities! Loved the decor and beachy feel. We so appreciated Eric’s attention to detail & the welcoming happies ? He made sure everything went well with our time there. It has been our home away from home & we can’t wait to return!

Condo was very clean and the owner, Eric, was constantly in touch through the whole check-in process via text. I wish all check-in processes was this easy!

We have stayed at different sunrise beach resort rooms and this one is at the top! They have lots of sand toys and lots of extra items that make the stay that much better.

I would give more stars if I could. Great place, super convenient location, within walking distance of restaurants and a local market. I made some sweet memories with my teens who hardly ever want to hang with Mom. ?
