Overall we enjoyed Little Harbor Resort. It’s a bit of a drive to the ocean but we knew that going in and wanted something more affordable than what was available close to the ocean with all the resort amenities. The pools were great, we loved the Sunset Grill, and even had dolphins swim up to us in the canal! The condo was beautiful, air worked great and kitchen was well stocked. Unfortunately, we were notified our dryer was not working and this was a huge inconvenience when you’re back and forth to beaches and pools with kids and dirty towels and extra changes of clothes. The property management team was kind and tried to be supportive but it was clear the owners did not care enough to fix the issue before we got there or even during our stay (replacing a dryer is a very simple task), recommending we use our own money and vacation time to go to the local laundromat. It would have been nice for the owners to reach out personally and come up with some sort of reimbursement. We also all had cold showers the first night because the hot water tank broke. Fortunately that was fixed promptly and we were gone to the beach the day they installed a new one. The blinds and curtains were also frustrating. They were difficult to open and close and practically falling off the wall. They barely blocked any morning light. Which meant getting woke up very early. Thank goodness there were no windows in the kids bunk room. I was jealous they got to sleep in every morning.

We had an amazing stay in Little Harbor! The house was absolutely beautiful and spotless—everything was well-maintained and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The golf cart was a huge bonus and made exploring the area so easy and fun. Our boys especially loved having access to both the beach/bay and the pools—there was always something for them to enjoy. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure for our family. We would definitely come back!

I came here for a relaxing vacation - do you know how many maintenance people came in the house that I had to be there to let in?  Not one, not two, but 5 people came to fix things.  It was record breaking cold and nobody could figure out the fancy thermostat and nobody had the code to change the setting.  Our first 2 days there it was in the 30's at night and we had no heat.  It took 2 different heating companies to figure out how to change the temperature.  Then, because the owners have the thermostat locked - we had to choose one temperature.  Right before we checked out they had said they gave us a range we could change it to but that never worked as it needed a code.  So much time wasted on my vacation dealing with their stuff.I had sent a few maintenance issues to iTrip to let them be aware of them and I stated in an email and the phone we DID NOT want them repaired - it was only to let them know so we did not get charged or blamed.  Well what do you know, about 8pm 2 people come banging on the door barging in the condo to fix the shower, replace the shower curtain and clean the dirty bedroom door. The woman who cleaned the door went into the bedroom my daughter was sleeping in and nearly gave her a heart attack.  The guy fixing the shower left about a years supply of hair he pulled out of the drain in our bathroom garbage and I had to clean up after him.

The property looked as nice in person as the pictures. The condo is very clean, spacious and has beautiful views of the water and surrounding area. The neighborhood is very peaceful and provides great access to a small private beach.

The condo was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. Great location with private beach, multiple pools and two onsite restaurants. Our two families were super comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Would absolutely recommend and will be back.
