    First floor location was perfect! No elevators to deal with and could walk right out to the pool deck or beach. The 2 parking spots are also on the first level of garage which made move-in and move-out a breeze! Unit was spacious and had plenty of room. The only mild inconvenience was that there was only one chair and it had a crack in the seat. A table with chairs would be better for the patio. Also, take your own dish towels. We would 100% book this unit again!

    Everything was very clean and easy to find. The kitchen was equipped with everything WE needed. We loved the easy access to the pool/beach. We wanted to check in a little early due to the plan getting in early. They were very easy to communicate with.

    These units are all pretty similar. It was clean; owners were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We were there Bike Week so, being on the first floor on the parking lot side, it was pretty noisy; but I put most of that on the army of motorcycles that were everywhere that week. My only complaint - there is no view from the patio. Being on the first floor, bushes provided privacy but blocked the pool view; and the front of the building blocked any view of the ocean. On the other hand, you are steps away from the pool, no stairs. And the two adjacent parking lots are only a couple hundred feet from the front door. Just depends on priorities- view or convenience.

    Had a good experience with this unit. The condo complex is nice with a grill and bar providing nice options. The unit was clean and nice. If I ever go back, this would be a good place to be.

    First of all thank goodness we were on the first floor. Everyone was complaining about the elevators being so slow & waiting forever. Can’t imagine at summer peak season. The condo was good but for a small investment of money it could be a lot nicer. Staff were all very nice! Security was great! Mr Norval was very helpful. The pool is big but not enough for a place this size and was too cold to use. Hot tub was always so full you couldn’t use it most of the time. Again the beach front is not enough. We were so crowded on top of each other.

    Perfect location. The parking spaces were close to the unit. Nice and comfortable condo. One suggestion. The shrubs from the balcony area walk way to the pool need to be trimmed way back. Over all it was very nice and we would stay there again!
