Stayed May 9, 2025My daughter got married at the Indy Art Center which was just steps from this condo! All the bridesmaids and bride got ready here and walked over to the venue. It’s easy walking distance to lots of restaurants in Broad Ripple. We even walked to Cholita’s for the rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding. It couldn’t have been more perfect! The condo itself was clean and had plenty of room for us all! Ludo was very responsive and check-in and check-out instructions were very easy to follow! Only unusual thing is the parking is street parking which is a short distance away if you have vehicles that won’t fit in the garage. Overall an amazing stay!

Stayed May 10, 2024This was a great place to stay for a trip to Indy. The home is spacious with a lot of natural light. It was perfect for a group of four friends. Easy walk to downtown broad ripple, with lots of restaurant and bar options.

Stayed Apr 5, 2024Our stay was great! The host was very accomodating and prompt with communication. The area was awesome, with plenty of food, drink, and shopping within walking distance. Parking in the garage was a little tight for my vehicle, however, there was ample parking on nearby side streets.
