3 Bedroom Condo at Phoenix V

We checked in on Monday and noticed it was a little warm inside but I just thought it was because we had been in and out so much. Durning the night it got unbearable with it being 84 degrees inside at night. Called the next day and told person and we left for the day. Finally after calling back some young guy came up and check the temp of air coming out and said it was fine and left. the a/c would come on for about 2 minutes and then shut off again. Started calling again after got back to condo and was given the run around by several people. Ask for an est. time that someone would be able to come fix it and was rudely spoken to and told that they had five properties to take care of and they would get to me when they could. I ask if there was any fans we could borrow for the night and was hung up on. Called back an hour later and was put on hold and no one ever came back to me. Called again and by this time it was ten pm and got a gentleman that was in #7 and he transferred me to someone in property #3. They told me they finally found the workorder for it and they were working on getting someone to come. Assured me they would call me back at one am I finally gave up on waiting on them. My 84 and 83 year old parents who keep their house warm were even complaining they couldn't sleep because it was too hot. My ten month old grandson cried all night from the heat. Finally the next day someone finally came and fixed it. So basically the last 18 hour of our stay was pleasantly cool

The facility was clean and well cared for. Beautiful beaches and location. Week before Memorial Day weather, crowds and restaurant weight times were perfect. The condo itself was outdated and not what I would consider clean. Kitchen floor still had a spill on it. Swimsuit liner stuck to the bathroom wall in plain sight. Bathroom walls were very dirty around the toilet and on the baseboards. Kitchen faucet broke and it took two call and several hours to get it fixed. The maintenance staff did a great job of fixing once they got there though. All in all we enjoyed our week but we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo and decor for the price we paid.

What a great week. My daughter and I traveled to orange beach with three preschoolers. We had a great time. Everything is so convenient and easy to use. The condo was great. Beds were very comfortable. Five stars for sure!!

We love Phoenix V for it’s kid friendly splash pad and location to everything fun in Orange Beach! This condo was nice, but could use some updating and repairs. It is the corner condo layout, so a more spacious living area. The cleanliness of the property was fine, but the unit definitely needed more cleaning. We found a flip flop, panties, and marker/crayon under furniture that I feel like should have been handled by a cleaning service.
