3 Bedroom BEACH VIEW ~ 3rd FLOOR Condo in Gulf Shores!

The condo looked clean until you took your shoes off and walked barefoot. The tile was clearly not mopped well and the master tile had dirty grout. Our guests used the hall bathroom and quickly reported the sink and shower were not draining properly. The sink was completely full for 3 days which made it unuseable. I reported this issue to the office and had 3 work order tickets issued, but the sink was not fixed until the last day of the trip. The office was very nice and genuinely concerned about the issues I reported, but the response was extremely slow.

Ok-stay. Location perfect and beach beautiful. Pool heated to a nice temperature. Building/condo units are old/need updated. Unit 311 is spacious but not ideal bathroom situation. Description says 2 bath but 1 is really in the master bedroom and so the other is tiny with 1sink and needs a complete remodel…Price for condo unit in my opinion is little high.

Great location right on beach. Everything was as it was listed liked the stay better than previous locations quite calm for spring break to be going on will be returning to gulf shores hope to stay here again would recommend to friends and family

Refrigerator didn’t work Mold in the shower Very few outlets worked Washer stunk Not clean at all Blood on the sheets Sand in the bed when we arrived and I could go on and on

We’ve rented condos in the area for years and this was our least favorite. I thought the third bedroom had two full size beds and it only had twins. Our search was for 8 adults and two on a pull out couch was not ideal especially with different sleep patterns. The three bedroom condo only came with one parking pass which was really inconvenient. Our most disappointing part of the stay was cleanliness of condo! I was not impressed that we were charged a cleaning fee for our departure but it wasn’t even clean upon our arrival. Walls, baseboards and floors were really dirty. Overall we enjoyed our weekend but wouldn’t recommend this place to friends.

On the VRBO website, pictures and listing #311 needs to be updated. It lists as sleeps 8 with pictures of two double beds in one room. On arrival, they were twins. Brent Robinson said their site says twins and couch sleeps two. I'm so tired of paying to sleep on a fold out couch and no place to sit. The bathroom pictures were not posted and are tiny but worked. The walls could be cleaner. Upon arrival, these issues were very disappointing but we otherwise had a great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. We only had one parking spot. We had to park other car in a public area that was not a far. Many restaurants were close enough to walk to also. Bring blankets!! This was not listed on the site. During Covid, they can not use the blankets on the beds. The unit is older, and with a shorter building there was never a wait time on the elevators! Huge plus!
