Stayed Aug 12, 2025Our fourth time to GS and second time in Regatta 301C. Condo met our needs perfectly. We loved being able to cook our own meals, and have a place to relax after being in the sun and gulf all day. Highly recommend renting chairs and umbrellas from Ike’s. We had a great time on the dolphin cruise and parasailing. Time to plan Gulf Shores vaca 2026!

Stayed May 15, 2025We stayed at this condo for the Morgan Wallen - Sand in My Boots festival and had a fantastic experience! The unit was very well maintained—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. We especially appreciated the security staff, who were helpful and made sure we had a safe place to park. Their presence added a nice sense of safety during a busy weekend. One of the best parts was how close the condo was to the festival location—just a short walk, which made everything super convenient. Would definitely stay here again! Also the owner went above and beyond to answer my multiple questions leading up to our vacation!!

Stayed Jul 29, 2024Not sure we would stay here again for the price. Construction crew started work very early in morning. Loud nights with guests pool side. Needs updated.

Stayed May 27, 2024We had a wonderful time here. Had teen grandkids and one younger. Such a convenient location for walking to souvenir shops and restaurants. Right on the beach with a very nice pool.
