Stayed Aug 28, 2025The condo itself was great. It’s very close to the beach and has evenything you need. The only downside was thin walls. You can hear every movement of the renters upstairs.

Stayed Jun 23, 20254 teachers took 5 days to go to Fenwick Beach. This property was perfect. Walking distance to the beach. Enough beds for 4 people. Everything we could hope for.I contacted the owner twice and she replied within minutes. We'd go back in a heart beat.

Stayed May 16, 2025We loved that the beach was not even a half a block away and was more secluded than riding up to the boardwalk. The property was nice and cozy and fit everyone in my family. It would have been nice if there was a tv in the “kids” room ( room with 2 twin beds) but we made it work with tablets for the littles. It was nice having the convenience of a kitchen to cook. The property manager Rachel was so nice and helpful and was available anytime I needed her. Thank you for everything Rachel! We had a wonderful stay.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024Our family stayed here over Labor Day weekend. We loved the location, easy access to the beach, and all the amenities. Our lab loved being able to vacation with us and spending the evenings on the front porch. The host was great to work with and would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Stayed May 24, 2024Overall enjoyed the place! Great location, plenty of room in the home, parking was great, and it was extremely easy to communicate with the owner. Linens and paper products were not provided, but I really appreciate the fact that we were told that in the rental agreement. Overall great stay
