Stayed Mar 22, 2024We enjoyed our stay at Summerchase. The condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The communication perhaps could have been better with the property manager. I emailed and texted to get check in information as I had not received that the day prior to arriving. That made me a little nervous as I wondered if I had been scammed, but all was well.

Stayed Feb 17, 2024The description and pictures were accurate and overall the property was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully accessorized with plenty of dishes, cookware, knives, utensils, etc. Shannon was very quick to respond. We would recommend this property and go back again!

Stayed Feb 10, 2024Fabulous location and amenities. The condo had everything necessary to make it feel like home. Fully equipped with a variety of kitchen utensils, plates, cups, glasses, pots and pans. Regular coffee maker and Keurig. Beautiful views from family room and master bedroom. Very spacious!

Stayed Jul 15, 2023Always expect the worst and hope for the best, this time I was very pleased, the unit was very clean, and equipped the right things, maybe one of the rooms was smaller than what it appear on the pictures, we are just gonna blame the camera for that. The actual condo property was a little tight on the parking lot, the gym hours wish they had them open 24hrs or at least open the door maybe 6am not 8am, the elevators were fast but old and had little wet/hot/humid smell to it. Everything else was just right, clean property, location close to restaurant, gift store, pharmacy, groceries
