3 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo Adjacent to Village with Mountain Charm

The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, the place was clean and the location next to the Village was great. Communication was easy and professional. Overall...great place to stay in Mammoth!

Great location. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Some noise from neighbors above. The hot tub has been out of service for over a year. VRBO had a small, hard to find note about it, but still advertised the property as having a hot tub. In my opinion, it could have been made much clearer that the hot tub is out of service for the foreseeable future. Fortunately, the property manager was very helpful and found us an alternative hot tub to use.

My coworkers stayed here for a few nights as we acclimated before heading off on our company backpacking trip (I was in another unit in the same complex). Property management was very communicative with me about any issues (minor) that we came across while we were there. Though no fault of the property owner, unfortunately due to a huge leak/flooding in a neighboring unit, the place smelled strongly of mildew. That was the only big negative thing, but again, not the owner's fault.

Super clean and comfortable. The location was awesome... walk to the village and gondola. Easy check in/out. Comfortable beds, 2 full bathrooms made it easy for everyone, well furnished kitchen! We had a great stay!

This was a great property to stay at. Walking distance to the Village, restaurants, and gondola. Parking was easy. Property manager was great. No issues staying here.

Awesome location next the Village, well equipped three bedroom home and amazing customer service. I can't say enough positive things about the management company, 101 Great Escapes! The customer service and communication was off the charts!

We were very happy with our condo. Our bed was comfortable and it was clean. We love the location. the heat was a little difficult to manage.

Very clean and modern. Next to a field where the kids could build a snowman! Easy walk to the village (5 mins). Managers were easily accessible in case you had questions. You can text them and they got back to you within minutes. This has been my best experience in mammoth (as far as accommodations) so far.

Great location. Across from village so very convenient. However I think expensive at $717 a night. If cheaper I would be more open to it, but for that price I would have expected something a little nicer. In was not in terrible condition, just could have used some updates here and there.

The location here can’t be beat. We walked into the village every day, the layout was nice, the place was clean. On the flip side the walls were paper thin. We could literally hear the person in the next room snoring at night. Since two of the bedrooms are downstairs and are on the same level as the parking lot I could hear cars driving all night and headlights beaming into the room while we slept. We could also hear our neighbor open and close every door in their unit. The service they use to manage the property was great and professional and most everyone was friendly and helpful, except the one assigned to us for communications leading up to the trip. Diane was rude and condescending, not just to me but to my sister with absolutely no reason. That is when she chose to actually response to us. I would leave message after message on the app without and response... whenever we called her she sound pissed off and annoyed and would ask these super demeaning rhetorical questions. It was bizarre! We actually wondered if she was the unit owner and just didn’t understand customer service. Once we realized she was an employee of a larger management company, we were blown away! I can’t imagine she does anything to help sell the place or the management company. I almost didn’t confirm my payment because she was so rude... but we booked late for the holiday week and the unit had great reviews! All in all, can’t beat the location and the management company overall was good. :)
