This was an overall amazing exp. The condo was clean and well taken care of it felt like home to us and our children. The hard part is it being on the third floor the stairs kill, we could not find the pool, and the downstairs beds were hard as rocks very uncomfortable. Other than those issues it was great and we are grateful for the exp.

We stay in Angel fire every year. This was definitely one of the best condos we’ve stayed in. The owners were awesome at communicating with us before and during our stay. The condo was very clean and had everything you need. The only reason it wasn’t our #1 was because it was on the 3rd flood which was a pain carrying everything up and down and with 2 small children. I suggest adding that in the description. However, after staying there we would still climb the stairs for an awesome place! It’s in a great location, we had no issues with parking. The shuttle stop is close by and we even walked a short distance, 5 minutes to the lifts a couple of times. There has 1 propane heater to heat the entire condo and it does the job! We were skeptical at first but had to turn it down once it warmed up!

The property was on the 3rd floor which is my only complaint! It was centralized in town and had quick access to stores and the slopes.

This is a 3rd story walk up. No AC. Lots of heaters. They do no good in June. none of the doors close right. the downstairs bathroom door doesn't lock at all. We had people in camper vans sleeping in the parking lot. Pur unit was pet free but not the building. alot of dog barking. Mainly due to loud trucks hotroding at all hours of the night. it is really close to the lift. overall we had a great time. Im disabled and have to use a walker. Between the 3 flights os stairs and the 10,000 pluse altitude i had a really rough stay. My family on the other hand didn't want to leave. it is a really nice condo and with a few repairs would be perfect. The only other thing is the multiple bed room is a loft. the tvs compete with each other. the bike paths are perfect. and riding around the neighborhood looking at wild animals made our day.

We stayed here for a family ski trip and really enjoyed it. It’s very short walk to the lifts and you can keep your skis on the mountain making it very easy to walk over and ski each day. And the price was great.

This property has everything a family needs.

The condo was perfect for a large family. It was very clean and i loved it was well supplied! We will rent again when we go back!

I stayed here for an Angelfire bike park weekend. It’s in a great location just a few minutes walk to the lift. The condo was cozy. The spiral staircase up to the loft is cool. The front porch was a nice place to relax in the summer. I was disappointed to find out that there was no hot tub or pool to use despite the listing saying there was. The hot tub amenity was the sole reason why I chose this condo over other cheaper more updated options. The beds are quite firm so if you like that, this is your place. The hot water had a strong sulphur smell but that may be expected for properties on well water. Overall, I think the value was just about right for what I paid.

Our stay was comfortable and the views were amazing. We were on the ski mountain. We were in town for a family function but my son and daughter in law would like to return in the winter to snowboard.

This condo is very well laid out with a sleeping loft- 2 twin beds and 2 double beds and a bathroom plus two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room. Great front porch area for additional seating/hanging out space. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the indoor smokeless grill. We will rent it again!

It was a great weekend there. Nice place and easy to get to where we needed. Owner great to work with.
