This condo is beautiful, comfy and intensely convenient to all that Park City has to offer. Across the street from Silver Star lift and cafe, and a short bus ride or walk to the main Park City resort. The location affords easy to downtown Park City, Deer Valley, and is less than an hour from SLC international airport.

3-bed, 3-bath condo with kitchen, private laundry, outdoor patio. ~1,700 square feet of living space. Dining room with seating for 6. Living room with cable TV and Roku. Two queen sleeper sofas can be used to accommodate a total of 10 people. Upstairs landing with one sleep sofa can be made private with roller shades.

I will be mostly remote but accessible by phone. We also have a nearby caretaker for emergencies.

You are invited to use the outdoor patio and private Jacuzzi, but we ask that you do so in accordance with our house manual, namely that you refrain from playing music and observe quiet hours in respect of our neighbors, and that you ensure patio furniture is always re-covered every single night. Thank you!

Washer and dryer available in unit, along with ski storage in foyer of condo.

Please note there is no central AC in the unit. There is a portable AC unit in the loft, and tower fans in the other two rooms which help keep the rooms cool at night for sleeping.

The charming development is directly across the street from Silver Star cafe and Silver Star lift, and a short walk (or shorter free bus ride) to downtown Park City and Park City resort.

Forgotten/Lost items can be returned at a flat rate of $50. This includes up to $25 in shipping cost.

    We thoroughly enjoyed staying here for our family vacation! Plenty of space for everyone to congregate and for our 3 year old to play! Great location near the silver star lift and a bus stop! The private hot tub is a great plus as well! Highly recommend staying here and would stay again!

    The stay was great, really amazing location but the ski in/out can be tough for some groups. They are harder runs that lead to the nearest lift and you still need to walk a 1-2 blocks. Only disappointment was the beds and the bedding. They seemed to be lackluster and out of date. Please update and I’d happily stay again.

    Second time staying at this property. Very convenient location. The unit is very clean. Everything ( including the internet) worked well. The hot tub was great. The property manager responded immediately for questions I had.

    Is a nice townhome with a great location and a fair price. It is a little bit worn and needs to be updated. It is three stories and we seldom used the third floor. It was more convenient for a person to sleep downstairs. We enjoyed the back deck as well as the Jacuzzi which was very clean. A nice peaceful setting.

    Great location to easily walk and get on to the centralized Silver Star Lift with easy access to Park City and Canyons areas. Also, a 30 second walk to the bus stop that came in handy since we didn't have a car. Busses are free and come every 15min or so to take you to Park City Base, Downtown Park City and many other local areas. If you plan on cooking this place well equipped with quality pots and pans and all the utensils you will need. The hot tub is great and not the one shown on the listing but newer on a private deck area.

    Excellent location. Bus stop right in front of property, but also an easy walk to the resort. Property was perfect for our family. Hot tub was excellent for relaxing after skiing. Would definitely stay again!!

    We vacation with the approach of “moving in” for the week so that is how this review is approached. The townhouse is very tastefully decorated and suitable for adults and families alike. The two master bedrooms are spacious with plenty of closet and dresser space. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms very accommodating. The upstairs master has the connected deck with patio table and chairs which would be wonderful in warmer months. The loft could easily accommodate adults but is perfects for teen or older children. The stairs up to the loft are steep and may not be suitable for very young kids. A living room area just outside the upstairs master has roll down privacy screens and a pull out couch to create another bedroom area and the family room area also has a pullout couch. 10 could be accommodated as stated but 8 can stay in four separate, secluded sleeping areas without taking up the living room/dining room area. The kitchen is well appointed easily accommodating nice dinners each night. The jacuzzi is wonderful! The location, just steps off of the White Pines Nordic ski track/Park City golf course provides lovely views as well as a two minute walk to the Silver Star chair lift. Bus stop right on the street and a 5 minute drive to Main Street or Canyons Village. If/when we come back to Park City we will be looking to stay here!
