Reviewer Comments: Clean, beautiful location, spacious, well equipped, loved the view of the marina. Nikky took great care of us, was responsive to any requests immediately, pleasure to work with. Nothing major, just needs some blackout drapes/shades and knobs on the kitchen cabinets, otherwise no issues.

People watching, parade watching (from a distance), Badger watching - all from the lovely long deck. The fireworks were perfectly framed within the pillars and no need to fight traffic to get home.

We have stayed at One Ludington Place several times. We really like the location, swimming pool, whirlpool and walking distance to just about everything. However this unit needs some attention. The television in the living room was not in working order. Several light bulbs in the lamps were burned out. One of the hair dryers did not work. Some cupboards in the kitchen would not stay closed. Very few dish cloths and towels.
