Stayed Feb 4, 2026Beautiful spacious 3bedroom, 3 bath. We were there with 6 family members to see son’s Navy OCS Graduation. This condo is in the heart of Thames street- an easy walk to shops, restaurants, bars, the yacht Museum. We really enjoyed our stay. We had some light issues which were quickly resolved after a quick phone call to the management. This stay exceeded our expectations. Great experience!

Stayed Sep 21, 2025The property was fantastic. Our family attended a wedding for our niece in Newport and we needed a three bedroom unit. The condo was everything in the listing and then some. I had requested early check in an was pleasantly surprised when we were able to check in at 11:00AM. There were three bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms, an open floor plan with the kitchen and living room and parking for two cars right below. The condo was very clean and all the appliances worked well. We had an issue with the wifi at first, but the property manager took care of that quickly and he was very responsive. There are beach chairs and beach towels which was a nice addition. I’ve seen other reviews that there was lots of noise late into the night, but we did not experience that at all. The condo is located on Thames close to Midtown and we were able to walk to most everything which was nice. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back.

Stayed May 23, 2025Space is beautiful, lots of room and as described. Street noise is awful. Space is above a public parking lot, with people coming and going until 2am. You can hear car alarms and conversations. Most people are loud at 2am. lolLocation is in the heart of town. Your parking space may or may not be available.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025Loved the accommodation. All rooms were nice and comfortable with heat and all the kitchen utensils! Only issue was noise after hours. Both nights there were people outside around 1:30 making a lot of noise!!!

Stayed Sep 1, 2024We go to Newport every summer with friends and have stayed at other short term rentals as well as many hotels. This stay cannot be more centrally location, so spacious and clean and easy and will definately be booked next summer for our stay. Cant say enough!!! Thank you
