The whole condo is yours during your stay with exception to a small owner lockout. The hot tub is shared.

    Listing was accurate. Condo was very clean, well appointed and the assigned parking was appreciated. Very close to Historic main street, restaurants and bus stop. Property manager was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. I would stay again and highly recommend the property.

    While the building is clearly older, this unit has been nicely remodeled making it bright, clean, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. It was perfect for my stay with 3 young adults who loved being able to walk to town to eat, drink, and shop. We were all very happy.

    We enjoyed a wonderful few days with friends in this very well situated condo. Location is close to everything, and garage larking makes exploring the area super easy. Condo is one of the best I’ve booked - comfortable beds, well laid out, outdoor patios; furniture and kitchen all modern and well equipped.

    This is a great VRBO unit on Park Avenue in a quaint complex that was very clean and kept up nicely. Very secure and quiet spot. It is right on Bus path so easy to get Deer Valley or Park City resort, and short walk to Town Lift and Main Street. Host was very communicative and helpful.

    This condo in Park City exceeded our expectations. Great location just a short walk to downtown dining, shops and ski lifts. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 with room to entertain and relax. Newly renovated, comfortable and well stocked. Sarah was a great host and answered all our questions quickly. I would highly recommend this property and cant wait to return next winter.
