Stayed Sep 30, 2016We spent a week in a three bedroom unit with our son and grandchildren. The unit was very functional and well equipped except for the kitchen. A cookie sheet and a few more cooking utensils would have been nice. We had a couple of maintenance issues which were attended to in a timely manner. The staff were friendly and efficient. The location was great for access to Disney World; about 10 minutes away.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The property was as described,was plenty big enough for 12. There were a few issues such as floors wore filthy. We could wipe them with a towel and it would be black,socks too. I also thought I was booking 1 room, it turned out to be 2 rooms next door to each other. That was a little disappointing. Even with that,overall rooms were great with everything we needed. The huge downer was the resort itself. We stayed Friday & Saturday nights. Both nights the pool bars closed at 6:45, pool is open until 10. They also serve food but that doesn't start until 1 pm, drinks at 11 am. Both nights and days it seemed to be the topic amongst all the guests. How nothing is open at any of the pool bars.even though website states heated pools I don't think any were. Again, this has nothing to do with the room, but I planned the trip around the amenities of the resort so we wouldn't have to leave. Based on that, I wouldn't stay here again.

Stayed Mar 25, 2016My husband and I stayed at this condo with our 15 month old son, my in-laws, another couple, and their 2 year old. I had a hard time finding us a 3 bedroom, and this condo was perfect because it was a 2 br and adjoining 1br with its own kitchen, so we had plenty of privacy. It is very spacious and never once felt crowded. The rooms were all clean and well stocked. The beds are comfortable and the AC worked great. The hot water never ran out. There were good channels on the TV for the kids to watch. We got clean towels about 2 days into our stay, which suprised us. The condo is very open and the porch is screened in, so it seemes very safe for the kids. It's about a 10-15 minute drive from Disney. There is plenty to do at the resort if you don't plan on going to any parks. The only downside is everything at the resort cost extra- there are paddle boats ($12) a water park (we got there and was told it's $20/person after being told at check in it's included), mini golf ($7). The playground was closed for repairs, our pool wasn't heated, and it was a little chilly so we had to walk to the neXt one. There's a train that runs during the day that is free to ride, and I really wanted my son to ride it, but every time it came by people refused to get up. Overall, it was a good vacation and the room met all our expectations! We will most likely stay again when the kids are older.
