2nd Floor Warm, Welcoming Condo At Waterscape Playground, 2 Hot Tubs

This was my third stay at Waterscape and all of the condos have been nice! This unit is literally right outside the breezeway to the heated pool gate. Very convenient with tweens. My girls know the property well and they all meet up with their cheer teammates and use the pools as they please, very safe, family atmosphere! Fudpuckers is delicious and at the pool. The unit had everything we needed. My only complaint and truly it’s not a complaint just preference, is there isn’t a heavy enough comforter on the beds or closet if needed. And the ironing board is broken and leans on you but I managed! I loved the amount of towels and washcloths…most units have a few and you are washing often, we didn’t even use them all to have to wash!! Would absolutely stay again!! Thank you!

Had a rude and unpleasant experience with the female bartender with the red hair at the Tiki bar in the pool area. She was upset with my husband because he was sitting in a chair while waiting in the long line to purchase food and drinks. He felt like she was very unprofessional as she proceeded to come from around the bar and move the chair after he told her that he was going to put the chair back where he got it from. He decided that he didn’t want to spend money there again after dealing with her being rude. My mother in law saw that he was bothered so she went to ask her why was she rude to him about sitting in a chair. The bartender became very defensive and stated that he had the audacity to sit in a chair in her line. She became argumentative and the tone of the conversation escalated to loud talking back and forth. My mother-in-law asked her for the manager or owners of the tiki bar information and the bartender said you can google it B@#ch and closed the screened window in her face. As an individual that has been in the restaurant hospitality industry for 20+yrs the bartender was extremely unprofessional, audacious and outright tactless. We went to front desk and spoke with the supervisor Mary who stated that she would get to the bottom of it. We haven’t heard anything else about the situation so I personally don’t think that anything was done. It’s a very unfortunate situation because it definitely left a bad impression about your establishment.

The property was very nice and clean the beds were a little hard . The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliance you need and pots pans and other items.

Very nice property & unit. It needs a few more things in the kitchen and it was hard to communicate with the property manager (probably due to COVID-19). But I would go rent again!

We loved it! Our room was away from all the noise so it was perfect for our 5 month old to nap. We had a great view of the beach, the pools are the reason we chose to stay there. The movies you can rent made it easy to get my kids (mom of 3 boys) to lay down after the pools closed. Fudpuckers was friendly with great food and drinks! Shops and AJs was walking distance so that was a plus. The beach was nice, our umbrella gave more shade than you would expect! The front desk helped my husband and I pick out a date night, my mother in law had her mind blown..I told her how nice the place was but it's amazing to be able to throw in an I told cha so!! This was our 2nd time staying and we will stay again!! We absolutely love this place!!

The property was exactly as it appeared on the listing. The condo was great for my family of 4! We were very pleased and would stay here again!
