Stayed off season and it was quiet and relaxing. The new shower is great. The pillows on the bed can be better but the mattress is great. Washer and dryer plus a dishwasher is super handy. Ample amount of space for a couple. Heather and Teeter supermarket is 3 miles away where you can get quality seafood. I cooked SC fresh shrimp everyday and it was awesome

Quiet, nice view from porch, close to beach.

Wish we had gotten a first floor due to steps but view was great and entire area was quiet and beautiful. Only a short walk to beach.

The condo is located very close to the beach and central to the island. Although, clean the property could use some updates.

Great location for our purpose (we were there for a wedding). Unfortunately it rained the whole trip. That being said, we were unable to use the beach. Host had good communication, easy check in, clean unit. If I had to say a negative, it was we had difficulty working the tv. Honestly, I think the batteries may have been dead.

Great location with quick response from host. The host even spoke with the kayak tour company to make sure we had the type of pass needed. Would definitely stay there again!

Great, quiet place with a beautiful lagoon view off the back screened porch and a short walk to the beach. Close drive to everything you need. The hosts are very responsive and communicative.

The condo was exactly what was advertised and what we expected. It is a short walk to the beach. It was perfect for my little family of 4 with younger kids. Very clean and the bathroom was updated.

It was a quick stay, but it was comfortable. Easy to get to and the location was good. No complaints!

This is our second year staying at this location. We love Kiawah Island primarily for its serenity. There is not the usual hustle and bustle of a beach town in Kiawah and this property fits perfectly into the island. With a secluded lagoon behind the unit wildlife is sure to be found! Definitely recommend.

My fiance, friend and I were in town for a short weekend to attend a wedding. Our stay was wonderful and the home has everything we needed. We definitely want to return!

As advertised villa in a great location on Kiawah Island. I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host provided lots of island information including maps, which were very helpful. Cougar Point golf course was steps away and access to biking on the beach as well as trails was very convenient.

We attended a wedding in Isle of Palms and we thought we’d take an extra couple of days in Kiawah to check out the island and take in the beach. This property served us well. Its location was wonderful, a 2 minute drive to the beach and convenient to restaurants and the supermarket.

This rental was a great small getaway place. The porch over looking the lagoon was the best part. Easy to access. Will definitely stay here again.

We had never been to Kiawah before, but we for sure are going back. The condo was great. Plenty of room for two people. Very clean and nicely appointed. We even had a young alligator we could watch swim in the pond off of the back porch. The beach was very clean even after Hurricane Debbie. Thanks Todd!!

In Kiawah for a wedding and this was the perfect place for our weekend plans. Condo was as advertised and a short walk to beautiful beach! Lovely weekend.

We loved visiting Charleston and the surrounding areas. The drive into the city from the island wasn’t too hard. And was absolutely beautiful with all the live oaks lining the roads. The beach access was so close, we walked over most nights for sunset. The screened in porch overlooking the lagoon was perfect for breakfast each morning. We truly enjoyed our stay. Not the fanciest, but just what we needed.

Everything was nice and clean. Only problem is it’s a 6 minute walk to the beach and longer if you’re carrying beach gear. It would’ve been a big problem if we had taken children.
