Stayed Oct 12, 2024The staff of the Summit were amazing and the facilities were very well kept. The walls in the room made of mirror throughout the entire place was a little creepy. We really only were in there to sleep…. Well tried to anyway. I don’t really blame the palmetto bug that crawled across my face the second night of our stay on y’all. It is Florida after all.

Stayed Aug 24, 2024The condo looked exactly like the pictures. Everything worked, check-in was seamless and quick. We have stayed at The Summit over 10yrs ago and it was exactly the same. This condo is directly in front of the pool but we could not hear any noise. Beds were fine, tv worked fine. We didn't cook but it did have pots and pans. The unit had free beach chair and umbrellas but we only used it once. Pool was clean. Would stay again.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024Overall our stay was good, the condo was clean but I think the shower needs a little more cleaning and, if the carpet can be removed it will be great because it is hard to keep it clean, Bikini bob’s food was great and the servers were very nice. the pool closed at 8 because of some maintenance I wish it closed later. The condo was good, there was lots of to towels, the second floor is very convenient. elevators are always busy though. Location is close to shopping and restaurants. I definitely recommend this listing.
