2nd Floor ~ One Bedroom ~ Phoenix East Condo 205

Everything was great except having to check in at another location!!

Enjoyed our stay, great location

We stay 3 nights. Did not pull sheets back on bed till after the front desk had closed. When we pulled them back there were gnats and something nasty on the sheets. The next day I contacted the realtor and they said to contact front desk. Well we are on vacation and have paid for a room you contact front desk! But I did and they came the next evening which was our last night. So needless to say we had to figure it out on our own. Other than the sheet issue we enjoyed location and everything about the resort.

Loved this condo. Perfect location. Very clean.

Condo was just what we needed. The property itself was very well maintained. It was pleasant not to deal with soaked or sandy floors when coming back up from the deck, litter, etc. All amenities were extremely clean. Cant say a bad thing about it!

Great beach location; near lots of places to eat & not far from excursions! Condo was nice & clean! Well supplied kitchen with utensils. One of the two hot tubs was not working which was over taken by kids! But the beach & pool were nice & clean! Enjoyed our stay & played at FloraBama!

Overall we were very pleased with our condo. The only issue was check in. We had to wait beyond our check in time (after a 6 hour drive) for the keys.

This condo was was in a great location. Both the in door and out door pool were well maintained and clean. The balcony was large with a table and chairs making it a wonderful place for coffee and breakfast every morning while enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean. Both the couch and oversized chair were pull out beds which was great for our family since both of our adult sons came on the trip. The only negative about the condo was the mattress on both pull out beds definitely need replaced. Overall we would recommend this condo.

I noticed that there where not many reviews on this property so I will add my version. As I searched for a rental I went with this one because it was 5 star rated. However, we arrived to find food from previous renters all over living room floor. On the positive side we enjoyed the location to the beach it had very easy access and a wonderful patio , very large but close to the pool. We had to leave early due to a hurricane the front desk was very helpful in our early departure. If you are looking for quite you will need a higher floor.
