This beautifully updated three-bedroom condo features bright colors, tile flooring throughout the main living areas, kitchen and bathrooms and can accommodate 10. The blue sofas – one a sleeper - in the living area look out onto the spacious second-floor balcony and flow into a nice dining area with seating for six and additional seating at the granite kitchen counter. The kitchen has beautiful light wood cabinets and all major appliances. The master bedroom has another entrance to thebalcony, a king bed and private bathroom with jetted tub. Theres another king bedroom and two queens in the third room. Crescent Shores offers an indoor pool, a large outdoor pool and lazy river, and two outdoor hot tubs, all just footsteps from the ocean. A fitness center is also on the premises. Located in the Crescent Beach section on historic Ocean Boulevard, Crescent Shores is within minutes from all the action on Main Street to the north, and renowned shopping and dining at Barefoot Landing to the south. The resort is also walking distance to an Irish pub that offers a unique oceanfront dining experience, as well as an ice cream shop to cure any beachgoer's sweet tooth. The beach at Crescent Shores offers the more adventurous guest seasonal parasailing and banana boat rides, something exclusive to the Crescent Beach area.

    The weather was horrible but the condo was nice, clean and comfy, which was great since we spent a lot of time there! Definitely need a vehicle to get around but it was in close proximity to food, shopping and attractions. Perfect for families!

    The property location was good. The parking however, was horrible. You have to walk across the street and use the second floor and above. My 85-year-old mother found this a challenge. To make things worse the elevator in the parking garage was out of order.

    A 2nd floor condo works so much better for moving in and out of condo if elevator is busy. The condo was clean and accurate from photos. We had 5 adults and fit very well. The tv took a few minutes to understand but got through it. The rooms were big and enough space for everyone. It would have been great to have a foldable luggage rack but thatvis just our preference. Crescent Shores due to covid, i think, removed all tubes for lazy river. We didnt see that in any of our paperwork but could have missed it but would have brought tubes if we knew. The Parking is a challenge due to how large vehicles are but that wasnt a big deal just a note for others. All and all a great trip and time at S207 Crescent Shores.

    A great location that matched the listing perfectly. We really enjoyed being on the 2nd floor so that we could use the stairs during peak times of elevator use.
