2nd FLOOR !! Oasis, formerly Phoenix West II w/Lazy River & Water Slide!

We stayed in the off season so it wasn’t crowded. 2nd floor was very convenient as to only floor down to the beach, cafe, indoor pool. HUGE Lobby is on this level. The condo was stocked with the basics except we needed pot holders and a broom. We used the vacuum. It is located in front of the kids splash pad and above the cafe seating area. The porch was large and private. The only downside is the TVS are NOT SMART with NO APPs. So you can’t log in to your favorite streaming service. The kids loved that beach has a lot of shells.

This was an exceptional condo, and was absolutely perfect for our families 5 day stay. It was 5 adults and 3 children ages 1 and under. The condo is right by the door to the parking garage on the 2nd floor so unloading upon arrival and even groceries was a breeze!! Our View was spectacular and the amenities was everything we had hoped for our family!!! The beds were comfortable, even on the two rainy days we had it was the perfect place to stay in. The property was absolutely wonderful, minus a few dust bunnies and a deep clean needed -We would definitely stay here again, just ask that the place be deep cleaned prior to our arrival, it seemed as if no one had stayed or booked this place in quite sometime with how much dust there was! Also we could not figure out how to work the tv to access Netflix and other apps on our rainy days, maybe tv needs to be updated or better instructions should be provided for the main living room tv. Also I would be happy to take a discount on our stay next time to update all kitchen pots and pans. Overall - perfect place - we loved our stay!!! Spacious unit with plenty of room for our family and grandchildren. Unfortunately, this 2nd floor unit is very dated and needs a thorough (deep) cleaning & a complete renovation. Floors needed to be vacuumed & mopped. We had to wash most of the dishes & silverware when we arrived because they had been put away sticky & dirty. Disappointed to find out when we arrived that the Splash Pad was temporarily closed and couldn’t be enjoyed by our grandchildren during our stay. We were able to enjoy the lazy river & slide and the building also has an indoor pool & easy access to the beach. We’ll choose a newer & nicer vacation rental next time.

The property was clean and quiet at night. There was some noise from the construction going on, but it only occurred from 8-5 and there were long periods of no noise at all. All appliances and amenities worked as expected. The internet speed was sufficient for light web browsing and emails. The wireless internet strength was sufficient for webinar viewing in bedrooms, however was very weak in living area. One could work from here as long as they kept file sizes and webinars to a minimum. We had Verizon cell service and the signal was very weak, be sure to have Wi-Fi calling enabled on your devices. The pool area and lazy river were great, and the beach is just a few minutes walk away.

Reviewer Comments: We knew the area and needed a larger facility as an additional family member joined us this year.We were aware there would be construction on a water feature. Which I interpreted to be not available to use. Never was it mentioned there was serious construction right below the unit we were renting!All week loud and I mean loud drilling started at or before 7:00AM.It last throughout the day. The weather wasn’t the best which meant we couldn’t spend time in the unit on a rainy day because the noise was deafening!I think this “construction” should have been disclosed in detail verses the water feature is under construction. Also when the construction is completed be aware it may be noisy with children playing right below your balcony.

We loved this condo! Great location, beautiful view, tall ceilings throughout, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the pool heater was out for our entire stay so that was a pretty big bummer considering we were there between Christmas and New Years. There was also some extremely loud drilling a couple of days directly below us. We were refunded some money to make up for it but we would have rather had the pool and quiet mornings than money. Otherwise, the stay was fantastic and we plan on returning ?

It was as described and all appliances worked well. I do wish listings would include the type of coffee maker, whether it is a pot or a Keurig style coffee maker would be helpful.

The Phoneix property is great. Looking forward to seeing the new Swimming pool and Restaurant that is being g built our condo was way out of date on decoration. But comfortable.
