2nd Floor Elegantly Decorated Coastal Condo On Okaloosa Island

Room was very clean, excellent pool access with easy access to surrounding restaurants, stores and entertainment. Ocean was a disaster but that’s not the resorts issue. Terrible seaweed and algae issue. The check in process could have been better because the key code we were emailed to the room was incorrect. We arrived after the office closed which should have been ok. Our contact asked us to check in via text since we were arriving late. Stayed on hold with customer service for a lengthy time. Clearly running in a skeleton crew since I called security and was still placed on hold for over 20 min. I’m normally a patient person and this would not concern me. However, it was late, we were tired and wanted in our room. We also paid over 4K to stay here so I would have liked more prompt attention. Overall, the room and amenities were very nice and would recommend to others but will look at other places as well in the future due to $$$.

Our room was great! Beautifully decorated and clean on check in. Check in process was smooth and easy. Upon check in we realized our hot water wasn’t working in one of the bathtubs. Maintenance initially came to check it out, but never provided an update or fix despite multiple attempts to contact. The entire splash pad was closed for our entire stay and the heated pool wasn’t heated at all and no explanation was provided from waterscape. We chose to return to waterscape solely based on these two amenities and were pretty disappointed to not get to experience either. Overall we still enjoyed our stay and love staying at waterscape, but would have appreciated more communication from the facility about all of the above concerns.

The condo is very family - kid oriented. I would recommend it to everyone!

This was our first condo stay in florida and it didnt disappoint. This room has easy access to the upper and lower level pools, the parking garage on the first level, trash chute, and even the DVD rental machine. With 4 small kids all under the age of 7 location is key! The room was spacious and clean they even have oscillating fans in the bedrooms which was a huge perk. If I had to be finicky about something I would say they need to switch out their rugs. The living room and bathroom rug looked like they have been plenty used and just need to be replaced. But really this condo is amazing and vacasa went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.

Everything was wonderful! We had a great time and will certainly be back.

Absolutely amazing! The condo was more than we expected. Great views, very clean, and spacious. It was pool view but we could still see the beach. Loved the ResortQuest company, they were very accommodating! We will definitely stay again SOON!

We enjoyed our stay at 212A immensely! The place was clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The huge balcony was perfect for some adult time after the kids went to bed. During the day, we could relax with a great view of the pool. You could even catch a glimpse of the gulf if you tried. There were two hiccups during our stay: 1. The DVD player was not working on a rainy day. The maintenance manager, Mr. Charles, made a special trip to Walmart to buy a replacement within the hour! 2. The drain piping experienced a blockage for our stack of buildings cause water to back up in the bottom floor. We were not able to use all drains but one of our bathrooms the last night and morning. It was explained that roots grew into the pipes which can hardly be anticipated or prevented, so I do not hold the place responsible. They communicated well throughout the ordeal and compensated us for the inconvenience. I am sure it was worse for the people on the first floor!

We had,a few bumps in the road but had them taking care fast!!!!
