Beach service is included from March to October.
All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age. Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.

Stayed May 12, 2023Took my 17yr old daughter and her friend for a little get away right before her graduation. Had a great time. Enjoyed the condo and the beach. We joked about the view of the parking lot from our balcony but you can stand at the far end and looks toward the beach and still see the ocean (just a peek). It looks just as it does in the photos. Easy access to the garage area from this condo as well. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Feb 24, 2023Cute condo. Wonderful living space, kitchen, and bathrooms! The beach is a stones throw away although the view is not quite beachfront/ you can see it from far tleft corner of balcony. Still had a great time, as there are hot tubs, pools, and the beach to keep busy. Doesn’t matter if you can’t see the beach, it is there! Had a wonderful staycation. Would recommend to anyone looking. TV’s are in every bedroom area including kids bunks. The dvd rental was strange but not a priority (no remote for dvd player). Beautiful decorations in condo- made for a lovely and calming weekend. Great location and we had fun!

Stayed Mar 19, 2022The condo needs an overall update, bed frames attached to headboards so they don’t roll around, and better housekeeping. This unit needs updated furniture and a deep clean. Love the resort itself with great amenities. We’ve stayed here twice. First condo was more updated and nicer. This one needs updating.

Stayed Oct 14, 2021We love waterscape! I learned that even numbers is the pool view and where I rather stay. Our room A223 could use new carpet in bedrooms that isn’t stained. Otherwise it is beautiful and well kept!

Stayed Aug 1, 2021Our family of 5 visited Florida for a week and this condo was perfect. My school aged children loved the bunk beds with their own TV's. The kitchen was perfect sized and we enjoyed dinners at the oversized table. Best part is that you get the beach and a pool atmosphere inclusive of a lazy river, splash pad and 2 hot tubs. We spent time between the two each day. We will be back.
